Stayed here for a night and the room is really simple with basic needs. Most important is that it was clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Most rooms does not have windows but at least there's an exhaust fan which helps a bit for ventilation.

This hotel is not bad for Kemaman as its a small place. However many rooms do not have wondows. So it becomes a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise the staff is courteous. Being a Vegetarian is tough here but one can go to AL Baik restaurant which is very close to Intrend managed by Kerala guys. They can give basic Vegetarian stuff....

The location is perfect. In the middle of Chukai(kemaman city centre). Near to Sukiyang Coffee shop(signature coffee shop by Hai Peng-5min walk, one block away) and near with major banks such as CIMB, Maybank, Ambank etc. The hotel itself mostly and normally booked by oil and gas staff which used it as a transit before go to offshore. Totally affect my morning and after work bath. Its like when mcdonald staff told you there are no fries(hot water) after you paid for your big mac set lunch even if its come...

The room I have is 126, which is windowless and facing a back dodgy lane. It's not ideal for claustrophobic people. In addition , people tend to smoke at the back alley thus the smell of cigarette comes into the room via the ventilator at the toilet and bottom of the door. With no window , the smoky air can't...

Exterior of hotel, average, nothing special. Location - There is nothing in Kemaman, it's an extremely dull place to be but at least there is a large supermarket close by this hotel. Interior: -Reception area messy, box's, notes, papers all over the place. -Rooms tiny. No window in most of the rooms although they are very clean and tidy given...

Room is small and basic. The bed is almost to the wall. I asked for one with windows as I can't stay in one without. It had a good shower for the bathroom. Provided in room a hot and cold water dispenser. It's a walk up hotel.
