I stayed at a few hotels in Vietnam and this was by far my favourite. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The late checkout is great and we were able to use a shower room after checkout time. The breakfast had a variety of different Vietnamese buffet options as well as a menu you can order food from which is included. We made use of the gym/pool area which was also great.

Awesome experience and excellent service. The room was in perfect conditions, the customer care was so detailed and the bereakfast had a great selection of food depending on your taste. I will reccommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they want to have the best stay in Hanoi.

Excellent hotel with the most helpful and informative staff at the front desk - they are a credit to this hotel! Rooms are very nice with extremely comfortable beds and the breakfast on the top floor with an awesome view was a great buffet with eggs to order of any type - even eggs Benedict. There are only two lifts which can be slow especially at busy times. I would have liked to be nearer the old quarter where all the shopping and dining spots are but the cost of a grab taxi is cheap enough to get around . Overall we enjoyed our stayed here and would recommend it.

Superb, sophisticated, competitive price for this hotel that prides itself on impeccable service. Additionally very committed staff who take great pride in being part of the Le Jardin team. The place is spotless with large rooms, high quality furnishings and comfort. The reception is efficient and courteous, going to great lengths to meet all your travel needs. The November restaurant buffet breakfast is world class as is the restaurants lunch and dinner menu offering chic and sophisticated cuisine. My stay on both occasions in March was just lovely. A special mention to Alice, Sebastian, Chris and Christian who ensured efficiency and great . Special mention to Hai for his professional hospitality in the restaurant, to meet all my requirements. The Le Jardin Houte Couture hotel staff were excellent. Very welcoming and highly efficient. Tracy was excellent she checked us into the hotel and answered all our questions. Tracy, on our request, gave us a variety of restaurant recommendations and sight seeing routes with approximate timings. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Both my wife and I were very pleased with our room. After check out a very polite young manager from the front of house brought my wife’s linen dress down that she had accidentally left in the room. Saved the day! First class thank you all and hope to see you all again in the future.

The hotel environment is very good and beautiful. There are many oil paintings on the wall. The floor and table are decorated with marble. The grade is very high. The reception staff is very talkative. They prepared juice towels for us and were very enthusiastic (for shy Chinese people). We came early and they checked us in a long time in advance. There’s a very good gym. Also had a boxing ring with instructor , Pilates equipment, Yoga and personal trainers and massage. It was quite busy and seemed like it was used by locals (as members) as well as hotel guests
