We stayed here for 2 nights in a Club level room. The room on the 60th floor was large and the Club lounge very good offering a great breakfast selection, afternoon tea plus canapés and wine in the evening (2 hours). The location for us was great as relatively quiet even though a very busy bar and grill on top floor and large shopping mall underneath the hotel. The hotel was quiet due to travel restrictions at this time. Would recommend this hotel for people who want a good experience at club level.

This was a perfect stay. The staff were super professional and polite throughout the hotel. Our room had been set up specially with a congratulatory cake and rose petals in the bed and bath as my partner and I got engaged the day before and this was my 'suprise' engagement gift. Ms Hang Nguyen who showed us to our room made our stay particularly special with hand written notes and a photo she printed for us. Very nice touch. The facilities are second to none, I could have spent much longer in the sauna area and the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was really fabulous. Breakfast was sumptuous too. SO much to choose from catering for both Western and Asian pallets. There are some bargains on Agoda so don't hesitate to book this place as even at full price it's still great value for money.

After spending three weeks traveling Vietnam, we stayed at Lotte as a nice treat to ourselves to recharge. If you’re looking for some tender loving care, stay here for a night or two and shake off the stress of constantly dodging motorbikes and cars. Because it’s located outside of Old Town, you’re getting more bang for your buck and space. Room service is solid, sauna is clean, and everything is well built. The only thing I would say is that the indoor jacuzzi wasn’t the most comfortable. It kept turning off and it wasn’t hot or strong enough to be truly enjoyable. Instead of the jacuzzi, use the bath in the sauna area if you’re looking to relax. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a little retreat from the hustle and bustle of this beautiful, busy city.

I booked a surprise stay for my husbands 30th birthday, I booked us a club junior king room and it was just incredible from start to finish. The check in was super fast and easy, they were also very happy for us to check in at 10.30am which was so nice of them. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, views for days and we were lucky to have a non polluted day too. Everything about the room is just perfect, the details are so great. The staff came in while we went for dinner and added extra waters and replaced all the toiletries which was great. They left us a birthday cake and card for my husband too. The hotel overall is just a first class experience. Both the pools were gorgeous and clean. The spa facilities on the 7th floor were absolutely amazing and again everything was just spotless. The kindest staff who all knew our names throughout the stay was a super nice touch, especially from Mr Dennis Bui who was just great throughout the whole trip. All the things included in the club room such as the afternoon tea and the drinks and food in the evening were all of such a high standard. We will definitely come back for another staycation here as we left feeling full of delicious food and super relaxed. Thanks Lotte!

We’ve been traveling in Vietnam for 3 weeks now and decided to book a room at the Lotte Hotel for a short break from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. This place did not disappoint.
The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.
The breakfast had a lot of korean dishes which I appreciated. Highly recommend getting the included breakfast, the spread is amazing.
The room itself was stunning and the view was incredible. The hotel rooms start from 39-59 so you’re always getting a nice view. Everything was luxurious by any standard. It doesn’t at all feel like you’re in Vietnam (which would be a negative if that’s what you’re looking to experience), it’s an incredibly luxurious bubble.
My girlfriend enjoyed the sauna and the indoor jacuzzi. And the next day, we did some work at the Lounge Sky (the hotel cafe). It was so quiet and the egg coffee was delicious (albeit pricey)!We will absolutely be back to enjoy this hotel.

The hotel is located starting at the 38th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Hanoi at 65+ floors. Rooms have great views across the city. Breakfast buffet was included with our king room, served on the 63rd floor, also with great views. Our room on the 44th floor (and hotel) seemed fairly new, tastefully decorated, with large bath that had both tub and large shower. The toilet was Japanese high-tech: warm seat, computer-controlled sprays, etc. We also had a nice desk, which some rooms lack. The breakfast buffet caters to Western, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese tastes, including eggs made to order, Pho, and innumerable fruit, vegetable, meat, seafood, bread, etc. choices. The location was good, fairly central, but a 15 minute ($4 US) taxi ride to Old Town. Our room listed at $270, but Viking paid it. I know other hotels, perhaps only 4-star, can give better bang for buck. We didn’t eat any meals other than breakfast, so I can’t review other dining. Neither did we visit any of the bar areas. I did notice wine tasting rooms on the 63 floor, with interesting, mostly French whites and reds.

We booked the Memorable package for our anniversary and it was the best decision! The room was upgraded and set up according to our request, with balloons, flowers, wine, cake and even a gift from Hermes.
The Rooms Division manager, Dennis Bui has greatly shown us hospitality from check in until check out. Greeted us the moment we got out of our car and had been waiting for our arrival. Upgraded our room and decorated everything according to our requests. The staff in the club lounge have improved from our last check in and has been incredibly welcoming this time.
The food was great especially the black noodles jajangmyeon - I would come back just to taste this dish again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi from 6 to 9 September 2024. We were fortunate to have booked a Club Suite, which proved invaluable during Typhoon Yagi. With the weather limiting our ability to head out and no delivery service available, the delicious and high-quality food during afternoon tea and dinner was a true lifesaver. Breakfast was also exceptional, offering a wide range of delectable options. Despite being a Korean hotel with its outstanding Korean cuisine, it also serves excellent international fare, including Chinese (Tim Ho Wan and another Chinese restaurant) and Vietnamese food served at breakfast and at the club lounge. A notable perk of the Club Lounge was the inclusion of alcohol during dinner.
The staff’s service was impeccable—both personable and professional, contributing significantly to our positive experience. A big shout out to Ms Linh Nguyễn who (correctly) advised us to avoid certain areas due to typhoon damage and gave us good recommendations for food and coffee.
Although the indoor pool is on the smaller side, it was extremely clean and fully functional. The sauna and gym facilities were equally impressive, well-maintained, and a highlight of our stay. One minor area for improvement would be the shower cubicles—cleaning the walls more thoroughly and replacing the wooden stools with plastic ones would enhance the overall experience.
The views from the room, club lounge, and restaurants were breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of Hanoi. Despite the storm, we felt well cared for and never found ourselves bored. The adjoining mall provided additional entertainment, adding to the convenience.

The view of "Top of Hanoi" is breath taking. My colleagues and I enjoyed the restaurant especially the food and drinks. Great place for night activity and special dinners.
