The hotel is located in the middle of The Old Town area. Rooms are clean and small (we foursome stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights). The lady owner was so friendly and attentive, she also recommended interesting places and eating venues for us . Breakfast was okay with AF. The Saturday Night Market right in front of the hotel...

Pretty and clean Guesthouse but I don't understand how you can make a Guesthouse with such thin walls. When someone walked in the other room, I though he/she is in our room. This makes sleeping really hard. Further, the A/C was badly placed over the bed and too loud. And breakfast was a joke. Better go to one of the...

Tiny bit pricier than some in the area, but in excellent location near to old bus station and buses for beaches, beautiful colonial Chinese house very clean, air con great and includes a basic breakfast, tea and coffee, would have no hesitation staying again.

Hotel was in a good location and the owners were very friendly. The price was definitely a good deal. Very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was even included. The only downside was that you can hear other guests moving around. The hotel is non smoking but yet the people next to us were smoking in their room.

This place was truly remarkable in a way that it is so cosy, sweet and full of memories of local Phuket citizens. The old couple who owned this place warmly welcomed us and let us in though we arrived early. We were so tired due to the super early flight in the morning so It was fantastic to be able...

This is a great place to stay if one wishes to experience Phuket Old Town. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathroom great. Breakfast is simple but free of charge and ok (thank you for that) Very nice and helpful hosts

Stayed in room with balcony. Nice view to street with lots to see during day and early evening. In the evening (Thursday) the street was quiet Balcony is shared with neighbor room. Service was kind and impeccable. The quiet patio alone is worth the stay. Hope to visit again.

We spent two nights in a beautiful room in front. it is clean room looking down the busy street all the time. walking down the street, finding the fresh fruit store on the same side. The self serving breakfast is good. Love the doorman, the lady at the counter.

We stayed here for 3 nights based on past reviews. The property is charming but that's about where everything falls apart. We were "greeted" by the most surley woman when we arrived at the hotel and made to feel as if we were inconveniencing her by checking in with a confirmed reservation. Beware of the 500 baht security deposit for...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Small and somewhat dark room, but super clean and serviced daily with complimentary breakfast. Excellent location in Thalang Road, the nicest of the old town streets. Typical Sino-Portuguese character town house, so feels very authentic. Although you can hear footsteps and people chatting at breakfast, overall very quiet. Super good and cheap restaurants close by...
