The Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel garners widespread praise for its exceptional service, with staff members who are frequently noted for their professionalism and warmth. Cleanliness is also a standout feature, as the hotel's rooms and common areas are consistently lauded for their immaculate state. Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, complete with live music and themed nights, and the hotel's prime location offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions. While the hotel's luxury and high-quality amenities are well-received, some visitors mention the cost of extras as a downside. Although the rooms are generally admired for their spaciousness and comfort, a few guests have pointed out minor wear and maintenance issues.

First, I didn’t want to write a recension of this Hotel, but only to keep it as my little secret…

… even this was impossible to me, because of the staff!

Beginning with a very warm welcome by Miurna from the reception, who tries everything to make you happy and fulfil every wish ( the possible one’s … )
The hotel is very clean and even in these sanitary crisis times, I felt comfortable and secure.
Everywhere is sanitizer ready to be used, which was also used by all the staff, always before serving or bringing something, and all the staff wore masks.
One point that I mentioned at the reception was, that I would have preferred that every customer must wear a mask at the buffet for breakfast. (Not only the staff). This is handled like this in all other hotels to. Good that the windows were all opened and there was enough space at the buffet with a one-way path and sanitizers at different places.
We only ate at the terrace, this for breakfast outside of the buffet and for lunch at the restaurant at the beach.
To the lovely Beach restaurant now…
Fantastic staff, as supposed after having met Miurna. Marios, Andrew, Livia and Janos give more than a 100% to make their customers happy. Even special requests are no problem and I can tell you, I had a lot… 😊 Perfect atmosphere close to the beach!
The food was delicious and I gave my compliments more than once to the chef cook! Great job!!

The pool is big, clean and had the perfect temperature to refresh, with lots of sunbeds around.
The sunbeds are very comfortable, but if you can, you should handle to get a “cabana” at the pool, as the palms and the parasols don’t offer enough shadow, and you risk burning very quickly.
The beach looked nicer at the pictures than in reality, but this could have been caused by natural phenomes. Maybe some updated of the pictures would be a good idea.

All in all the stay could not have been better! I recommend this hotel and its lovely staff at 100%!

I will get back for sure!

We decided to visit Cyprus on 19/10 for a week as it was placed in the travel corridor at that time; we required to have a negative PCR test 72 hours before travelling. On arrival to Cyprus, airport staff were efficient and ensured they checked all paperwork in a timely fashion.

Due to our package with Jet2/Indulgent Escapes, we were met at the airport by a representative and sent in a taxi to the hotel.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with champagne and canapes. We received an automatic upgrade due to our honeymoon - we had a junior suite overlooking the pool and gardens. It was lovely and quiet, the room was substantial in size, and the bathroom had ha wonderful power shower. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on the penultimate day of our stay, which was lovely.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff - particularly Marios, Andreas, Janos, Livia who catered to all our needs with a smile. They went out of their way to make our experience lovely, and made multiple cocktails off menu!

We enjoyed the daily lunchtime smoothies with a chat to the manager provided daily at lunchtime!

The pool attendant went out of his way to make sure we had places that maximised the sun. The lawn and beach areas were well spaced, meaning that we felt extremely safe. All staff (and guests) were expected to wear masks, which were provided, in certain areas of the hotel. At the back of the hotel was the promenade which led to the port (approx 45 mins walk away), and the bay/beach, which was lovely area to swim. The hotel is the last on the promenade, which meant that there were not too many people waking past (public thoroughfare). The beach is adjacent to St Nicolas' chapel and sunset point, which is very picturesque.

Having seen the hotels along the promenade, with the exception of the Amavi, I do not think the others come close to the quality of Asimina Suites, which stand out as an adults only hotel.

We ate mainly at the breakfast/buffet restaurant and at Kymata. We opted for an all inclusive option, and the food was outstanding. There were lots of options at the breakfast buffet and dinner, which were delicious. There was also a night of traditional Cypriot entertainment, which was enjoyable.

Each night at dinner we were serenaded by local musicians. The gyros and steaks were our favourites!

The staff were also very helpful in organising a surprise trip to a local winery for my husband (would recommend Rikardos Winery, which is were they process wine, not a vineyard, approx 15 mins drive away from the hotel).

We had access to a VIP and sports bar where we were well attended to until the bar closed approx 10pm.

The break was a welcome escape from the horrors of covid in the UK; and we would be more than happy to visit again!

I had chosen this hotel because of all the great reviews and was not disappointed …they were all spot on.
We had decided to go bed and breakfast and not all inclusive as we like to experience different restaurants locally. We were all happy with that decision as eating options seemed limited and you had to be up and queuing by 9 am to eat at the a la carte one .
The welcome on arrival was efficient and there was a drink and some canapés in the lounge as we went through the procedures.
Our rooms were clean…ours was larger than our sons with two toilets , two separate rooms, lovely bathroom with double sink, separate shower, bath and toilet. There was a fridge with mini bar plus tea/coffee . The items in the mini bar could be taken away to leave fridge space for your own water etc. A bottle of wine and fruit were in the room on arrival.
Breakfast was until 11 am and there was a huge array of choice of anything you wanted. Egg dishes were freshly cooked by the same lady each day who was very helpful in trying to get the poached eggs as we liked them. On the last day she brought out extra for my son as the originals hadn’t been runny enough for him even though he never complained!
They replenished dishes quickly even 10 minutes before the end of service and if there wasn’t any there you just asked. The staff were helpful and took drinks orders.
There were plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas around the pool although there were those who must have come out very early to grab their spots . We sat on the grass area between the pool and beach.
The pool was lovely and a good temperature.
I used the gym almost daily and it had decent equipment including unusually a trx. I was able to do most of my home programmes with what was available .however I felt that water should be available in the gym either via a water cooler machine or bottles.
We also used the tennis court daily which we prebooked for the 6pm slot but it was not used much. However the hotel should get a refund from the company who surfaced it as it was bumpy and not laid properly . The net was also too high and could not be lowered. That said my son paid for a coach who came to the hotel as playing with his parents 2v1 was not challenging enough for him!
We did eat a few light lunches in the beach restaurant which were all good but it was just dips and salad so we didn’t experience other dishes.
All the staff were very helpful from the cleaners to the front desk. They helped with taxis, restaurant bookings, suggestions…nothing was too much trouble.
We had our pre flight antigen test at the hotel arranged for 10 euros.
As a suggestion on sustainability instead of having plastic bottles of water ,which uses a lot of plastic ,why not provide each guest with a hotel branded reusable bottle and have water cooler machines around the hotel to refill when needed.
All I can say is that if you are choosing an adult only experience and have a choice then don’t hesitate to book this one. We didn’t regret it. Believe the reviews .

Just finished a lovely relaxing week here at the Asimina Suites hotel.
The hotel is spotless staff are polite, friendly and well trained; the facilities are great, every meal has been superb from breakfast choices to the quality of lunch and dinner. The free smoothies delivered to your sun beds at 12noon are a nice touch.
Came half board and they let us switch dinner for lunch the nights we wanted to venture out.
The Cyprus evening was good fun and a nice change.
The location in front of the beach is perfect with easy access into the beautiful clear sea from their own pontoon.
I used the well stocked gym too and the spa looked nice.
Our room was upgraded for free due to occupancy being lower due to current situation and we had a huge suite with lounge, bedroom and large bathroom. With bath and shower. Each day was immaculately cleaned and restocked.
It was my fiancé’s bday whilst here and we have an amazing complimentary chocolate bday cake delivered to our room which took us four days to eat all of!
It’s a 2 mile walk to the harbour which is easy and lovely along the sea front and we ate out twice and food out was good value.
Having looked at other hotels along the way I was so pleased we picked this one and having a proper beach is a great bonus.
We would definitely come back and October is a perfect time to visit.
Well done to all the staff here for making this hotel great!

What can I say about the Asimina suites hotel?
Well... the first thing is that you simply have to visit this place.
The standard of professionalism throughout the whole staff is something to behold. That doesn't mean that the staff aren't extremely friendly and welcomong too.
Nothing is too much bother for them.
The location is idyllic based right on its own private beach.
Dinner could be had, listening to the sea gently lapping the beach as the sun sets.
Even during these difficult times there were plenty of sunloungers around the pool to be had, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that your glass was always filled.
Although a few of the facilities were closed at this time it didn't dampen our enjoyment of this hotel.
The suite was generously proportioned with a separate bedroom and cleaned on a daily basis....if you wanted. The balcony is large and allows for a small patio set, and the even has a rail for drying those swimming costumes after a day in the sea or pool.
The food is great and varied too; delicious salads, a choice of 4 or 5 main courses and 2 sperate chef stations.
If traditional British cuisine is yoyr thing...you're covered, but I would recommend being a little more adventurous and you won't be disappointed.
Finally I would like to thank George, the maître d' .
Nothing was too much trouble for him to do to ensure you left the restaurant satisfied.
Also, a huge thanks goes to Joanna, Eva, Livia and Aida too. These ladies work the restaurant with such a high level of professionalism, that is rarely seen nowadays.
Everything from the personalised check-in to the staff coming out to wave us off was truly stunning.

Just back from a fantastic 1 week stay here. The hotel sets the tone from the start with a friendly welcome and smooth check-in (with a drink!) in the lounge.

We had a 1 bedroom suite, the room was spotless, extremely spacious and with a fantastic view over the pools and sea.

Drinks service at the bars and pool was attentive and there was a great selection with the all inclusive package.

One of the highlights is a secluded private beach, which was a quiet and relaxing spot to enjoy the sea in a sheltered bay.

Meals were excellent, in particular the fresh eggs/omelettes at breakfast, fantastic fresh seafood and local wines. As with drinks the service was faultless, proactive and not rushed.

In summary it was the perfect place to spend a day relaxing in or to come back to after a long day exploring the island, we'll definitely be back!

Spent a lovely week with my wife and adult son.
Chose bed and breakfast option because we like to go out in the evenings.
Good breakfast with lots of choice. Had an occasional paid for lunch in the beachside restaurant, not expensive for a five star hotel.
The rooms are spacious, happy with daily room cleaning service, but no evening turn down service.
Lovely comfortable beds by pool with lots of umbrellas. People do go down to grab a place by the pool early but no need, lots of empty chairs.
We were told that pool drinks service had been far better in past years, but like us they are just out of Covid and I’m sure this will get better as they get staff back.
Excellent reception, quick to reply and did our evening restaurant bookings. We expected more very local restaurants but there were a few less than 1 kilometre away. Covid must have resulted in several closing. No doubt as business returns there will be more to service the many hotels on this strip.
Return taxi trips into town cost 15 euros. We didn’t have a bad meal .
We really enjoyed our stay here. Between the pool and the sea is a large grass area so you can have the feel of being on the beach without the sand and still have close access to the pool, which was sparkling and always felt fresh, important as I like to do a few lengths! We used the tennis court (carpet surface) which was adequate only, as the net was fixed too high and in some areas the Capet was not fitted well. But it didn’t spoil the tennis!
There is a lovely beach promenade which runs all the way 40 minute walk, or some some a 2.5 km run, to the port.
The staff in all areas were lovely and trying hard. A free smoothy every morning by the pool with one of the management saying hi to everyone.
These little touches were delightful and we left thinking that this is a place where we will return. People who went all inc may have comments but as B and B customers this was an excellent choice.

We had a warm and personal welcome with Champagne and canopies and a personal welcome by the Manager. A lovely introduction to our stay.

We were shown to our side sea view room on level 3 on the west side of the building and whilst the view wasn't particularly great, we did get to see the lovely evening sunsets from our balcony. One evening, in particular, we enjoyed watching that view with the complimentary champagne delivered to our room, another nice touch.

We were on an 'all inclusive' basis which included breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks including most premium brands (not just local brands), cocktails etc. The measures were very generous too.

There were only two choices for dining (this may be due to the time of year?) one buffet and one A la Carte (with a fixed menu and a Manager's special). The buffet offered a good range of food. Drinks were served at the table. There was only one choice of restaurant for breakfast. The A la Carte restaurant needs to be booked as soon as the booking opens at 9.00 am the previous day. We only dined in the A la Carte restaurant once because we kept forgetting to book! Personally I think the booking process needs to be changed, I think that guests should be able to book a maximum of 3 nights out of 7 which they could choose either before or on arrival and if they choose not to dine in the restaurant then those spaces could be offered to alternative guests. I didn't feel the booking process was the best and needs to be reviewed or more options for dining open to guests.

Both restaurants and the VIP bar had some form of live music which changed each night. The evening we went into the VIP bar there was violinist who was very good. In the restaurants there was a singer or singers with keyboard or sound unit. The music was easy listening and not loud and overbearing.

There is a lovely pool, albeit rather cold to say the least, but we still had a dip 3 days during our stay. The garden area is not huge, but offers a good space between sunbeds. The hotel backs on to the promonade walk, before reaching the beach. The beach is small and has a rocky edge to the sea. The beach was a bit of a disappointment as I was expecting more. We didn't venture into the sea as it was rocky and the only other way to get into the sea was from a pontoon from the beach with steps going down into it.

The hotel had various nice areas to sit and relax in and is an Adult only hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and always wanting to help. It was perfect for our weeks stay.

Booked a last minute holiday before our baby arrives and The Asimina Suites exceeded our expectations!

At the check in we received refreshments and a lovely welcome from Miruna (not sure spelling is correct). She explained everything about the hotel and was super friendly! Our bags got taken to the room and when we headed up it blew my mind. It was HUGE! Two balconies, a lounge area with a sofa & tv, two bathrooms with showers and a bath in each, large kind bed with a tv in bedroom too!

On the first night we realised we were right above the disco and asked to be moved the next day, which they assisted us with immediately.

Food is the ONLY thing I would say could do with a little work, as there wasn’t a massive amount of variety in the buffet. However the service was excellent. We also visited the a la carte restaurant a few times which was delicious and once again great service. George and Marios especially made it memorable.

Location wise you are at the other end of the seafront to the harbour and it takes about 30/40 minutes to walk there (baring in mind I’m 6 months pregnant you may be able to do it quicker lol). It’s a nice walk past all the hotels.

My partner was a bit disappointed the gym weights didn’t go very heavy so went to a nearby locals gym called Aesthetics Fitness Club Gold in the Universal area and he was impressed (think it cost about €7). He enjoyed a massage in the spa and I enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool as it was a little warmer than the outdoor one at this time of year.

Sun loungers were really comfy and fresh towels provided so you can help yourself. Waiter service round the pool and by the beach.

All in all best service we have received in a hotel and after a couple of years with no holidays (thanks covid) it was the perfect choice for us!

This was our 6th time at the lovely Asimina Suites Hotel, I have previously written reviews so won’t repeat everything, but this time it was extra special as it was our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make it that way. We were upgraded to a lovely sea view room which you could see the beautiful sunsets . Our room had fresh rose petals on the bed with swans made out of towels and we also had champagne and fruit in the room.
The staff at this hotel are fabulous , we have got to know so many of them over the last few years and when we go so it almost feels like they are all more like family now, always so welcoming each year we go. The manager Spyros takes great pride in his hotel and endeavours to ensure guests are happy and is always at hand if something isn’t right , he is such a friendly lovely person . Also special mentions to Yiangos who has got to know us so well and always accommodated us in lovely suites , also Marios who works in Kymata , along with Mihaela, both always so friendly and professional as is George in the main restaurant who is so welcoming to guests and works really hard .
In these challenging times the staff worked so hard , the food is as always beautiful , and everything in the hotel is immaculate.
Once again thankyou to all at Asimina for a lovely holiday and making our honeymoon so special with those extra touches , see you all soon xx ❤️

We had a sea view suite, but we needed a late checkout and as our suite was booked, we were moved to a room with a parking lot view. It was still a lovely room. A bit smaller than the suite, but it was large enough to have a settee and sitting area. Other than the view, this was a lovely room anyway and i would have been quite happy if that was my room to begin with. But never mind the room, this is by far the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in. As a (retired) IT exec I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the best name hotels in the world. I still prefer this hotel to any of them.
