Just came back of a wedding. Really bad timing for being there! Noisy works at 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday ! We complained about it and about the strong thinner smell. Marcia the manager apologizes but as the director Ms Ana Paula said she can only ask for the workers to do it until the 2 floor... There are only 5! They worked on Saturday's and Sunday's! Oh Please give your guests a break or have no guess! Due the dust the only elevator broke down and no fixing until today Sunday when we left! Girls left to and came back from the wedding in heels and gowns! I had to climb 4 floors! If planning on going make sure all the works is already finished! And think twice !
Typical business hotel. It is new and the room is OK with proper facilities but the internet was not operating during the two days I was there. They claimed that there was a problem in the whole region. There is parking within the hotel premises and it is extremely well located in one of the main avenues of the city near several good restaurant options. Tue breakfast buffet is very good. Floors are served by a lift and the people is both charming and eager to help. Actually this is one of the strong points of the hotel. They could increase the size of the soap that they make available in the bathroom. Avoid if possible front rooms since there is quite some traffic in the avenue where the hotel is located, which actually is now called Avenida da Moda (Fashion Avenue) due to the several fashion shops located there. I have checked a few but prices were as high as those in a shopping center in Sao Paulo…
hotel is nice and clean, good internet connection for free... breakfast is good. location is very good, being walking distance to a couple of real good restaurants in town plus a couple of pizza places just in front. the road where it is is also good for a walk to chill out... fashion shops are around, so it's good
