We stayed 5 nights using Radda as a base to explore Tuscany since there's so much within day-tripping distance. Radda is a charming little hill town that can be a bit sleepy but makes a nice change from the tourist-filled streets of towns like San Gimignano and feels like you've gone back in time. San Niccolo is right on the...

Words can not even begin to describe my visit to this absolutely breathtaking place. It was rather tricky and it took almost a day of traveling until we finally arrived. After visiting Rome and Florence, I finally felt like I was in Italy, I loved how authentic everything was, there weren't any foreign street vendors just the locals. Bursting with...

Stayed here for six nights. This is a boutique hotel in the small but charming village of Radda. Rooms are spacious and quite well appointed. We chose a superior room and while our initial room was quite noisy due to a tour group, the staff were more than happy to move us when we requested a quieter location. Breakfast is...

We were on a bike tour of Tuscany and this was one of our hotels en route. The hotel was charming and our room was lovely. We were especially grateful to be asked whether we would like an earlier breakfast so that we could make an early start the next morning and avoid the heat. We came down half an...

We spent a extremely pleasant Easter Weekend at this lovely hotel on the square in Radda. Our room over looked the square with 2 windows one looking at the church and the other over the street to the town hall. Perfect. Radda is a beautiful Chianti village and the hotel really adds to the whole ambience. Breakfast set us up...

The Palazzo San Niccolo' is a very nice hotel in very beautiful little hill town in Chianti. The hotel's rooms were very comfortable. There were restored frescos on the ceiling and a large comfortable and modern well appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate. As nice as the hotel is though, I...

This hotel has a lot going for it and only one bad thing. I will get that out of the way so I can talk about the good--the bed we had was horribly hard. I had to use the extra blankets in the closet for extra cushion. On to the good. The staff was warm and welcoming. Being a smaller...

We stayed here just two memorable nights and loved every minute ' our room was large and comfortable - I think you could call it a suite as it had a little sitting area with desk and chair - room 23, if I remember correctly. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful (a nice gentleman even updating us with...

We stay in the hotel for 3 nights from 4 to7 of June. Very good location, very good and helpful stuff, good breakfast. Room was not so large but it was convenient for us. We returned to the hotel only for sleeping. Good value for money.
