Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Old Doctor'' House. Our hosts, Ruth and Randell could not have been more helpful. As ,indeed, were Ruth's parents. Delightful owner, Dr. Braun, his family eager to get to know us and serve us. Wife served up a great breakfast, much from her own garden. Perfect room, large bed, spotless, and extras. Nestled in wine country. Owner got us reservation at a nearby restaurant.

We were fortunate to be able to spend 8 nights at the Old Doctor's house. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. The gardens are well kept with fresh vegetables to eat every morning. I am from the United Kingdom - I stayed for one night on the road to Istanbul. Comfortable lodging, friendly hosts, good breakfast & all amenities in working order. Spick and span too. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in Franconia and Bavaria.

Had a wonderful night with Dr. Wolfram, his wife Dorothy, their daughter Ruth, and granddaughter. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Coincidental we were there for the town's festival which added to the fun. Breakfast was great wiht lots of selection and great conservation. Wish we had found it sooner.

We had another excellent stay at the Doctor's House Bed and Breakfast in September this year 2015. It was very difficult emotionally to leave. As usual it was an absolute pleasure to stay there, we always feel like we are visiting family, Dodo and Dr. Braun are so welcoming also their daughter Ruth, and granddaughter Zade, we just love it...
