Paid $135 NZ per night for 3 nights in room #8. A true beachfront operation. Beautifully updated unit with all the bells and whistles. We could not have been happier. Fully equipped kitchen, fast WIFI, good hot water pressure, beautiful beach right outside the door....More

Hi Cathi, Thanks for your enquiry. Nelson is about a two hour drive from Pohara. You go over the Takaka Hill which is a winding road, but sealed. Look forward to hearing from you :)
