Stayed in Baan Rosa for 4 night total. When I arrived she told me that they have me the big room and it was wonderful ! Everything was possible and we had a great time here. The daily housekeeping is good and I loved the breakfast in the morning! If you want good value for money, this is a good place to stay.

We stayed 5 days in December. The room was wonderful, large bed, delicate snow white linen and towels, which they changed every day. Everything was unusually clean! No dust anywhere at all. Perfect aircon and two large fans, a nice balcony with chairs and table, lovely bathroom, big shower. The owner and her staff were always smiling, spoke very well English (and also French I believe). 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. 1 min walk to laundry. We really recommend this house.

Simply amazing .. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave nothing is to much trouble. We arrived quite late from our flight, and was greeted by Rosa and shown to our room. The first thing that really impressed me was how very clean the rooms were, and how very in order everything was. I cannot find any fault that seems worthy of writing in a review. Every day our room was cleaned and fresh towels and linen changed. The rooms have Free Wifi and air condition which works a treat . The swimming pool is exceptionally clean and there were a few lazy days spent beside the pool simply because of how relaxing it was at Baan Rosa We visit Phuket often and after a lot of different places which we have tried, we can now rest assured that we have at last found the perfect place to call home whilst we are in Phuket . Thank you Rosa for such a lovely stay .

I booked the Baan Rosa as it was a good price and close to where my (wealthy) friends were staying at a much posher place. What a great find! I arrived very late at night (early morning actually) and having sent an email to the hotel I was assured that checking in at that time would be OK. One of the owners, Marc, was there to meet me and kindly allowed me to check-in the following morning... that meant I got into my room quickly and to sleep as soon as possible. The following morning I was up very late and missed breakfast. The co-owner, Rosa, kindly made breakfast especially for me. I would highly recommend her banana pancakes with syrup! Yummy! She then took me to a recommended (reasonable value) scooter hire place and showed me a short cut to the beach! They give me ideas about prices for tuktuks to various places which meant I wasn't ripped off and organised a cab to the airport at the end of my stay. If you go expecting a super-modern fancy-design hotel you won't get it BUT the bed was huge and comfy. The room itself was spacious and was kept super-clean. The pool area was neat and tidy. I really felt like I was looked after and that nothing was a problem. Thank you Rosa and Marc for your hospitality.
