We stayed there 3 nights. We didn’t have great expectations but at least a nice and clean play to stay beach front. They don’t have enough towels for the beach or pool, bath towels had holes and were in really bad shape! Common areas are in terrible conditions, the pool is dirty and bathrooms are untidy. This should be a 1 or 2 stars. Very bad experience.
I booked through Booking.com as it looked nice and decent. The hotel is really disgusting and the room they gave me falling apart, smelly, old, rusty and had nothing to do with the pics shown on my booking. I told them and they said there was the only room
Rooms are clean, but the water smelled like sewage. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor coughing and children playing in the hallways. Where earplugs. The hotel is not located directly on the beach. It's more of a courtyard setting with a pool in the back which is located on the beach. The pool water was cloudy, we didn't even get in. The one great perk is you get access to their beach club at no cost. Be aware it is a few houses over from the hotel, not in front! There are chairs on the beach out in front of the hotel "THEY DO NOT BELONG TO THE HOTEL". You have to go to the beach club to access chairs and service. A little detail I wish they would have told us. If you are looking for a no-frill hotel to just lay your head for the night or two, this may do.
Find a different place to stay!! Don't trust the pictures or descriptions!!!! Here are the many issues; 1. They do not give you a key to your own room. The front desk guy holds a "main key" that unlocks all doors. You do not get your own key. Unsafe and extremely inconvenient. 2. The beds have stains all over them and the pillows smell like they have not been replaced in years. 3. TV doesn't work and employees had no idea what was wrong. 4. The AC stopped working at 2am and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. 5. The windows and doors don't stop any noise so you hear every person in the entire hotel.
Paid $203 for 4 nights through Expedia thanksgiving day. Delta canceled my flight and I alerted hotel. Arrived a day late. Upon arrival, I was told my Expedia reservation no longer existed since I arrived after 3 PM day after scheduled reservation. I was told I must pay out of pocket for remaining 3 nights at $155. I called Expedia and was on hold forever . After days at the airport, I just wanted a room. I paid out of pocket Returned home and Expedia told me the reservation was never canceled. I was lied to. Agents and supervisors from Expedia repeatedly tried to contact the hotel to no avail. When Expedia reached them, they tried to deny the refund despite the fact the room was already paid for In addition, I arrived home to see a “double charge “ on my statement. In addition to being lied to about the Expedia reservation, they charged my card two times in the amount of $155 I was a repeat customer here. No more. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund from Expedia. Salvadore and the crew at the front desk lost a customer. Complete and total dishonesty…
