Our trip started in Los Angeles, CA. We partook in a roadtrip alomg the 101N which converted into the 1 highway. Our route was beyong beautiful filled with green lawns and misty hills. We saw elephant seals and even zebras! We camped out in Morro Bay. A beach town. Small but cute and fun for a weekend visit. Our overnight...

We went down in august of 2016 for part of our honeymoon trip. Unfortunately it turned out that the Soberanes Fire was still raging in parts of the area, but luckily for us the park was open and there were still spaces available for when we wanted to go. We really loved this place. The people there were very helpful...

My first real camping trip couldnt have been a better one. Big Sur was unreal, feeling at one with nature, your own spot to put up tent, a fire pit and picnic table and of course parking space. We were surrounded by squirrels seemingly very brave, and the most beautiful birds. Other visitors were never too far away however we...

Stayed here for the first time with our teenage boys. We usually stay in more secluded campgrounds but really wanted to visit Big Sur. Trying to get reservations was a pain by phone but keep trying. Mornings are best. I called a year in advance and there were only 3 sites left for the week we wanted. We were in...

We arrived in Big Sur to find ourselves in the middle of a redwood forest by a creek. Camping and Cabins are available and we chose a cabin ( reservations are a must). The cabin we chose had two queen beds and a bathroom with a shower and flush toilet. The sink was in the main part of the cabin...

Beautiful location, really clean, lovely swimming hole in river, quiet at night. They also had some beautiful cabins though i didn't see these on the inside. They had a little store that sold basic supplies and firewood. Staff helpful about advising where to go.

Friendly informative staff, rustic camp sites with spotless bathrooms. Although a rustic camping area the grounds are spacious . We booked one night river spot for an RV. Each asphalt pad was very roomie with water and electric hookups (dumping site on grounds). Each river site has a fire pit, picnic table and a great peaceful river next to it....

We drove through the property today to see if we would like to bring our trailer with us next trip. The answer is, yes. The sites are plenty large for almost any size. It is wooded and peaceful. The river is right there also. There are cabins, showers and a children's playground. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We...
