This is one of the 5Star property in Bhuj, though 15 kilometres away from Bhuj Station. Bhuj now being one of the most famous places during the winter time in India for the White Desert experience and this is Luxurious Resort and Spa which offers excellent Rooms and stylish Living with Inbuilt everything to pamper Yourself as well as some yummy food are available in the restaurant call “Namak” where Breakfast and Buffet Dinner are served beautifully.. Chef Omkar is taking care of all the continental Food as well as serving by Samresh and Vaishnavi so jovially that One can eat more with their Hospitality. One of the Lavish venue for Destination Wedding and the owners are Real Estate Tycoon and built adjacent Villas for Sale as well as for Rent too..overall in winter this is a lovely property to Chill with Huge Swimming Pool within the property.. over all staff Isha- Africa-Akshay are really really Helpful in their services.. Property excellent. Rooms excellent. Ambience excellent. Quality of food excellent but taste wise they need to improve. Service they need to improve. Menu of breakfast and dinner should be different on daily basis,Most of the items were repeated. Construction design of "NAMAK" is either compromised or not done properly, as 4 to 5 tables are so isolated in corners that people don't get proper service over there,as per my opinion I think they should seriously think about their restaurant and kitchen construction, the whole concept is divided into different different compartments, it's very inconvenient. It has to be a single big hall where you can see all the dishes in one glance and it looks elaborated. First restaurant where are found that they prepare more Jain food then normal food. We need to order for non jain sabji. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Roof top restaurant is included but we need to pre-book the table over there. I tried to book the table for 8:00 PM in the morning before 10:00 AM but they didn't replied me till I went on reception to confirm the booking and in reply I got that it's booked for some private party. And to my surprise when I went after dinner for a leisure walk I found it empty with only 4 to 6 people sitting and having dinner. There was no such party.

Bad experience in terms of hospitality. --- Pros Property is new and clean. Architectural ambience is good. Food is good and value for money. --- Cons Front Desk staffs (specially soumita) are very well trained for giving excuses rather than helping you. - We have booked it for our family vacation for 20 persons. They don't have any space for 20 persons to seat together and chill after dinner. upon asking them they have tons of excuses and sorry but don't have 20 chairs to arrange it anywhere in the resort. - When you ask for amenities you always first receive sorry for not availability. Upon telling them firmly they will provide. Disco , Bowling, theater etc were not available with various excuses. - Above all their front desk staff will even not hesitate to ask you for 200 Rs for 2 hand napkins (originally 4 but after recheck it was 2) misplaced by their room service staff although you are paying more than 1.5 lac for the stay. :D

This hotel absolutely lives up to the beautiful pictures that are shown online and has amazing service and facilities on top!
The property is located about 10 minutes drive outside Bhuj but is 100% worth the drive.
The foyer is amazing and the smell of jasmin follows you around the hotel. The hotel and grounds are immaculately clean. The rooms are large, spacious and beautifully appointed. There are 3 restaurants and they serve amazing Indian and western style food - they even have a proper coffee machine!
I spent most of my time by the pool or relaxing in my room but there are also so many other facilities in the resort for use by all.
A note for foreign travelers: I stayed on a weekend during off season so pretty much had the place to myself which was great. I can imagine in peak times this hotel (and the pool) is packed. The hotel also hosts some functions which means some areas of the hotel including the pool area are used during these times - I could not use the pool on the last morning. Indian functions are also noisy so on my last night there was a bit of corridor noise until early morning hours. You may want to contact the property to check if any functions are on
I have not marked down my rating though based on this as this hotel is just beautiful. Highly recommend!

hi, this is great resort... good, spacious, well maintained property... we stayed in villa, and it was excellent. villas were maintained neatly. though club didnt provide room service, other than cleaning once daily, but still villas were worth every penny taken. manager milanbhai taraiya were excellent in keeping our stay most comfortable... indeed a memorable trip. just a suggestion to start room service, specially for food, in villas at odd hours, that will help parents with small kids. highly recommendable.

The resort is luxurious and has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Food served at Nanak restaurant is very tasty. The palm lined avenue outside the resort is very beautiful for morning walks. The rooms are spacious. Only improvement could be replacing pictures of the Colosseum and other distant places in rooms with some local sights.

Had a shocking service from Shivangi and Minesh Singh at front desk. Initially told us check in was at 12noon (as printed as per our reservation) and then said it was 2pm. Didn't care one bit that we had elderly parents which one was disabled and the other was diabetic meaning we needed to plan meals/timing which again they did not care. Upon raising the shocking behaviour Shivangi laughed throughout the situation and had us waiting until a room was cleaned. This meant our rooms being the opposite ends of our parents as we had explained and agreed by Prashant at the time of booking on site. They made no effort to cater for us. Its a true shame as it took the gloss of the staff from the spa (Nevin, Loren and Intoli) and the resturant who was amazing. Whilst having a good time with family in the resturant, Mr Minesh Singh felt it was the time to bring up and argue the point about check in again. We explained we did not want to be bothered by him as trying to enjoy a meal. An additional fact to raise was our shower and sink was dirty, and the remote for the TV did not work. Overall I would not suggest staying, as there are many other similar hotels in the area.

An excellent place to stay if you are visiting Bhuj. It is bit outskirts but worth staying. It has the best ambience with excellent landscaping. Spacious rooms and above all great dinning place as well. They have great variety of food menus and most importantly they only serve vegetarian food (a rare with such international standard property).
Loved the stay with great outdoor and indoor gaming facilities. Outdoor games are bit expensive for 1 hour but overall it’s okay to enjoy your favourite play where you are staying while travelling.
