The reception without any hospitality. Everywhere dirt, we first had to request that the bathroom was to be cleaned. The bed hard not near western stile, the beding partially dirty. The cussion smelly. The breakfast terrifying with the exeption of the soup procured in a nearby restaurant.

We had a nice experience in this hotel, room was not very big, but decently clean as well as the bathroom, air-con working properly (even as a heater, it was cold when we were there !), no problems with hot water. Honest breakfast and nice food at dinner, nothing to complain about. Staff willing to help, even though little English...

Myself and my girlfriend stayed there for one night on our Easy Rider tour. Its a rather large complex. The staff were friendly and nice to us. We went down the road and found a quiet bar for a few beers. We ate dinner elsewhere. Breakfast wasn't too bad. We would stay there again, it looked like the best option...

This hotel was booked for us as part of a tour of the region and we were warned in advance that accommodation in the area is basic. The room was clean, had working air con and was comfortable. It was quirky in its decor and basic in facilities but not nearly as bad as the reviews below make out- it's...

We luckily only had to spend one night in this hotel to be there for the Sunday market , which we wouldn't have missed for the world. Our local Vietnamese travel company did warn us the accommodation options in Bac Ha were limited and he thought this hotel was the best available. The hotel does seem to have two sections...

Well probably the worst hotel we ever did.... We stayed one night with 2 rooms. First the room smelled like a mix of humidity and sewer. Many things did not work properly (light, water, phone, Internet, doors, etc), the bathroom had a ventilator open to the corridor (while showering u can observe the corridor activity....). Not sure the hotel really...

I was told to ask for a room in the new building. But when we arrived I could not tell the difference between the new and old building. This is a very poor town and I guess relative to that, this is a good hotel. The room was modest, two twin beds but not clean. There was a dirty drinking...

The hotel looks nice from the out side but when you enter the room you see how bad it is. The rooms are big, which is nice but what I can't understand is why every room smell of sewage. We didn't have a strong water pressure in the shower so it was kinda annoying to use it.

“I would suggest you take a look at the room before accepting it. You might be able to get a better one. Also, be warned that at 6am the town radio broadcasts propaganda in Vietnamese. So wear earplugs if you want to sleep past 6am.”
