Stayed at the beautiful farm house for an overnighter tog eye with my wife, sister and brother in law. It is located in a semi remote area accessed down a lane giving a sense of isolation - which was great. The farm house is simply idyllic charming and very clean. We we greeted by the mother and daughter who were...

Stunning views across the farm, traditional farmhouse wonderfully furnished in a traditional way. The hosts, Elsie and her daughter Sarah, were warm and friendly and looked after us so well. We enjoyed the breakfast which kept us going until supper time. Lovely walks, close to attractions such as Ribchester and the Trough of Bowland.

Beautiful traditional farmhouse. Set in lovely countryside and beautiful gardens. Fabulous hosts. From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome. Traditional afternoon tea was a complete treat on arrival. Spotlessly clean accommodation and comfortable. Full farmhouse breakfast locally sourced, which was delicious. Would certainly recommend. Thank you to Sarah and her mum for being perfect hosts

The drive up to Jenkinsons farm was wonderful, as you pass through the gate posts you have an amazing view of a large pond ( or could be a small lake ! ) , fields with sheep and lambs and a beautiful old Farmhouse which has been lovingly restored by the Ibbotson Family. You are met at the door by...

Elsie never stops, I guess that is what farmers wife's are like. We arrived to a log fire and homemade cake. The farmhouse, the rooms, the breakfast and the grounds are amazing, as are the views and walks. She reminds me of my grandma, hard working, no nonsense, says it as it is and a heart of gold. I hope...

By far the best b&b we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be going back. Elsie is wonderful, an absolute treasure, and couldn't do enough to make us welcome and comfortable, starting with tea, teacakes and cake in front of a roaring fire on arrival. The house and grounds are immaculate, spotlessly clean rooms beautifully furnished in traditional...

The Cottage is within easy drive from Blackpool or Preston and offered far better customer services that in busy Hotels and gorgeous surrounds. The entrance was country cottage grandeur, tastefully done with antiques treasures and miniature grandeur of a country stately home. The rooms beautiful decor with brass beds or tapestry four poster with china chintz, romance, the pillow cases...

Having been here with my wife on holiday I chose to stay here to allow me to get to an early morning meeting. So much more enjoyable than a hotel. Accommodation delightfully "old world " and an excellent breakfast!

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Jenkinsons Farm B&B. We needed somewhere to stay as we were visiting family for a 70th birthday. I found the B&B on the internet and made our booking based on the great reviews on Trip Advisor. We wanted somewhere to stay that was surrounded by beautiful countryside so we could...
