We really enjoyed our night in the bothy. It is located within beautiful gardens and although the main road can be seen, it is still very private. The outdoor hot tub was beautiful and made the stay even more beautiful. There was initially some confusion as to whether dogs were welcome here, and my confirmation stated that the bothy was...

We arrived a little later than the 15:00 check in and had to phone to receive the keys left in a secure location. We stayed in the Bothey lodge and WOW it looked fantastic, we let ourselves in to be greeted later by Emma who was really warm and friendly and later recommended somewhere to eat. The Bothey lodge is...

I stayed for one night with my parents (2 rooms). My single room, while very small (room 2), had everything I needed including hot drinks, bottle of water, etc. Lovely powerful shower, free wifi and a very nice lounge with bar and an honesty book (This is Yorkshire!) My parents room was booked as a double but was actually a...

We visited Burton Lodge midweek, and stayed in The Bothy. We arrived at 3pm, were welcomed by Ian, who is lovely and he showed us to the lodge. On the outside it is so pretty but small looking, so my 6ft3 husband was a little apprehensive, but as soon as we walked through the door we were blown away at...

Wish we had time to stay longer will certainly stay there again. As a regular user of big corporate hotels for business it was such a treat to enjoy this stunning guest...

They provided bath robes, towels and outdoor glasses to use really nice touch. Could use the honesty bar, but we didn't as took own drink and bought a bottle of wine from in the...

My partner and I celebrated his birthday in Yorkshire, and decided to stay at Burton Lodge - The Bothy. The Bothy is a superb building separate from the guest house. Secluded, comfortable, great amenities and the famous private hot tub! We received an amazing breakfast hamper on our first morning - which included smoked salmon, ham, cheese, fresh croissants, milk,...

Stayed recently for two nights at this lovely family run guest house. Excellent location for visiting this part of the country, not far from Beverley, it is situated on the edge of the village of Brandlesburton next to the golf course.
