Our hiking service reserved us a small room, but the clerk offer us a large room looking out at the ocean. We could hear the sea! This was a wonderful room. It was set up as two single beds, but we survived. Multiple windows and places to sit. Everything about it was great. Owned by the St Austell brewery people.

This lovely old Inn (1691 a plaque on the wall states), is right in the centre of Sennen Cove Cornwall, a lovely setting just across the road from the sea. Owned and run by St Austell Brewery, and very substantially modernised and updated into a hotel and eatery. I chose this hotel for an overnight stay to visit the famous...

I booked this place inspired by the very good reviews on booking.com and the great pictured featured on the site. Well, I was rather disappointed when I eventually saw the place. The view in indeed nice on a great beach and, with good weather, with the sunset in the sea just in front of the hotel. But in between the...

Had a family meal here with two children and the service and food was lovely, very tasty and big portions. Would love to visit again when in the area next. This hotel and restaurant is right on the sea front even though the view is into the car park you can see the sea which is lovely. They supplied activity...

The Inn is welcoming and situated beside the sandy beach. They offer excellent freshly cooked local food from noon onward as well as serving a range of locally brewed ales. I recommend kipper and poached eggs for breakfast! There is a scenic short walk across the cliffs to Lands End and it's not far to Minack outdoor cliff theatre. Arrive...

We stayed for 3 nights in room 6, which has a great view of the sea and Sennen cove. The room was well prepared and was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was always hot and seemed freshly prepared, therefore we were prepared to wait. We had dinner on one night of our stay, the food was good and the staff...

Have eaten here a few years ago and just returned again. Still excellent pub grub food. Well cooked, well presented and generous portion. We enjoyed our meal in a nice friendly atmosphere, with good service.

The pub itself is pleasant and dog friendly with a good range of beers on tap. Food is served all day and the same as in the restaurant. Large portions abound for all meals. Reasonable food at the price point. My partner had the fish and chips and commented while batter on the fish and chips was a little bit...

It was my second time in the Old Success and I must say - the name is a motto! I loved the place from my last visit, because it has a lot of Cornish character and is situated just next to the sea: you literally fall into it when you walk the coastpath. But they have not been idle in...
