After 2 uncomfortable nights I was very pleased to be leaving. The beds were hard, the pillows flat and thin, and the rooms quite dated. The breakfast was fairly industrial, and for a nation of coffee lovers the coffee was bitter and undrinkable. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was its location, right on the lake side.

Amazing views. We arrived late and even though they do not have their own restaraunt they booked us in a local place asap and we were accommodated well. They were very helpful! Amazing place to stargaze. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We had a part lake view which was perfect

The location is great. We booked a room with lake view and we're not disappointed. Fantastic view over the lake. Private beach access. They don't have a own restaurant. Three stars are fulfilled. Don't expect more than that. Good value for money.

This basic family run lake front hotel was sufficient for our one night pit stop. We booked a full lake view triple room , though the size of the room and shower room was on the small side , the stunning view makes up for this down side. Breakfast was basic and everything (except cornflakes) have to be brought out...

A really nice, old fashioned style hotel right on the lake, with its own terrace above the small beach. Nothing even remotely fancy, but with great views, extremely friendly owners and an enjoyable breakfast. I wasn't crazy about the bed, though, but that might be just me: my travel partners didn't complain.

Safe, sane and good hopitality at the good side of the Lago Maggiore. Basic but clean rooms, staff who was very helpfull, wonderful place to stay. It is in our short list while another time visiting Italy once more.

This hotel is situated with a perfect view of Lake Maggiore, looking over the lake towards the Borromeo Islands and Stresa. Breathtaking. The hotel is a little basic, though perfectly acceptable. The beds comfortable, and the breakfast OK (eggs, yoghurt, cereals, bread and jams). Be aware that the hotel does not serve food outside breakfast; again this is not really...

We thought this hotel was lovely. Clean and bright, we had a stunning view of the lake from our room and enjoyed sitting out on our little balcony. The shaded terrace is the perfect spot for an aperitivo. We didn't expect much of breakfast but actually it was fine and I was very happy to get a cup of English...

Nice, quiet family run hotel with lakeside frontage, we had a suite with balcony and lake view. The hotel is a bit basic, but if all you want is a base then it is good enough, cooking facilities in the room overcame the lack of food available in the hotel apart from breakfast. No restaurants within walking distance, but plenty...

Definitely. Not worth the money. Rooms are very basic. Bedding is tough. Linen and towels old and rough. Shower not functioning properly. Interior design style from the 80's at best. No air conditionning, which can be problematic when you cannot open the windows because of the outside noise.
