Rooms are acceptable for the price. They are clean and big. Being in the jungle is amazing. But not possible to make online reservation. It is nearly full every day, you are lucky if you can find a room.

I stayed in a cabin with my own bathroom which was on stilts and had a balcony overlooking a stream. The cabin was very clean and the bed was comfy. The cabin was well secured and there was no chance of mosquitos getting in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I organised a trip to Roberto falls through them, which was...

This place is really bad. While staying there my girlfriend's bag was stolen. Someone broke into the room with a key while having dinner. The administration did nothing about it and acted in a very disrispectful and irresponsible fashion, actually treating us as if we were asking for something unreasonable to solve. Also the service at the restaurant was not...

This place is super cheaper so a good option for backpackers travelling on a tight budget however the place itself is not very nice. I took a cabana for the night, the bed was one of the worst I've slept on...there was literally nothing between the springs and my back. The sheets were grubby and had hairs all over them....

Staying here was a terrible experience! Extremely rude staff. First- we were looking around at hostels, so were shown what was available here and told the prices. When we returned a few minutes later we were told that only the more expensive one was available, and when we went to pay the price had risen. Her reasoning was that "I...

Cheap , clean, pristine , nice , helpful staff. Hot water and toilet paper Downsude...no wifi or Internet access. Close food a little pricey. Very boring. If you stay more than 5 days your fabrics will be growing fungi.

Staff were so rude, like nothing I'd experienced in Mexico. Mucked up our booking and then argued they don't take bookings even though I'd called them the day before. Every interaction they were aggressive and unfriendly. Dirty cabins and no mosquito nets. Staying in the jungle is cool but I'd choose to give my custom to other people.

I have spent nearly 2 months in Mexico and at 100 pesos this is cheapest room and I got my own room as well. It's in the jungle and cheap. There is hot water in Showers. Don't expect luxury but it does the job.

Kind of weary of these 1 and 2 star reviews who are upset that there were mosquitos, spiders and animal noises that kept them up in the.... JUNGLE! Most people visiting a jungle should be well aware that these are things you will have to deal with. That being said, I very much enjoyed my stay at Jungle Palace, thought...
