This hotel is located down a cobblestone tree lined street away from the concrete and cars of modern Palenque. It's near three restaurants that offer different types of food, and the bus station is at the end of the street. Pool is small but refreshing. Staff does not all speak English but they try to be helpful. Room was large...

We booked the hotel based on the tripadvisor ranking and reviews and what a disappointment! Rooms and bathroom were very dark. There was only 1 light in the bathroom and it was very soft (I couldn't even shave because I couldn't see my face clearly). The linens were, clearly, white once but they are yellowish now. If you are going...

Dear tgandmo, We are sorry for not achieving your expectations. Today we started to verify the lights in order to accomplished a correct illumitation in the room. Also we begun to revise the quality of the linen, and to remove the ones that are not matching our high standards. Our apologies, hoping to attend you in the near future.

Hotel does what it says on the tin, however if you are staying for one night, go for a hostel. For the price, really not worth it. Poor service for breakfast and in the bar, definitely not service with a smile. Stayed in much nicer and cheaper hostel in Mexico.

The hotel was great and with a fair price. I've really enjoyed the breakfast, very nice. The location is good and the bedrooms are proper and have a lot of space. The pool area is good anytime and you can have drinks by the pool.

We were very happy with the service and room. It was affordable, clean and had charm too. The price is quite affordable for what you get and the attention to detail. AC worked great, windows also opened, and the staff was quite helpful in getting us a tour to Yaxchilan - which, imo, is a must if you are this...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had room only so cannot comment on the breakfast or anything else for that matter. The hotel has its own parking which is a big plus. We however did not know this and when we were checking in, they asked us if we had a car, since they need to register...

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was big and very comfortable. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable and there was a good shower with great pressure and hot water. We stayed for 2 days and it was wonderful to awaken to the sounds of the parrots in the...

The hotel is in excellent shape, looking nice, well mantained and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious, the pool nice, prices at the bar very reasonable, especially drink during happy hour(s). The great thing is that the hotel is within walking distance from the bus terminal, where also colectivos to the archeological site can be taken. The only missing...

This hotel offered a great location with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The hotel was of an evening with vehicle traffic and construction from 7am. The hotel provided a good breakfast with reasonable pool setting after venturing to the ruins.

Very basic clean rooms, booked through interjet and got American breakfast incl (bad coffee), be very specific in restaurant - it's very mediocre (scrambled eggs with sausage means cut up hotdog in your eggs, Alfredo sauce means white sauce with carrots & mushrooms sautéed into the sauce). Staff are nice but not very helpful, pool was clean. Only 10 min...
