Myself and my fiance had the most wonderful time at swan lake guest house with our wonderful host Bernadette. We felt right at home and the property was incredible. We walked to see the penguins which was an incredible experience and then sat on the balcony with a glass of red and watched the wallabies. The guest house is beautifully...

Bernadette made sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a very large TV lounge that many people would enjoy. Breakfast was delightful and there was plenty of it. Next time I take people to see the Little Penguins, I will try Swan Lake first.

Stayed one night on the lower level. Lovely room, with beautiful views. Hosts were welcoming and provided a wonderful breakfast. Cab ride to Cowes was $30 each way. Only slight concern was that we could hear other guests in their rooms at times. Also a bench in the bathroom to place items on would be handy. Overall a very pleasant...

Clean and spacious. Loved the spa. So close to the penguin parade. Reasonable breakfast. Very relaxing kind of place because of the big open space, the property is big! Don't expect a 5star quality inside the room its definitely a 4star for me. I happen to looked up in the sky when we came back at night and the stars...

Upon arriving at Swan Lake B&B we were warmly greeted by Bernadette in the cozy entrance/lounge. She took the time to get to know a little about us. She provided us with plenty info on things to see & do on the island as well as some great restaurant recommendations. Our room was quite modern, comfortable & clean, although as...

I'm from North America, so my partner wanted to take me somewhere nice on Phillip Island so I could see the Penguin Parade. We are DEFINITELY glad that we chose here. Not only were the owners extremely friendly, but the place was clean, cozy, and comfy. It's in a beautiful location -- we had a room that overlooked a little...

We had the pleasure to stay here for two nights visiting Philip Island and it will be hard to find a Guest House with better location for visiting the National Park, hiking, surfing and other our door activities. The close proximity to nature, the penguins parade and the national park is rare to find, The quality of the accusation is...

Beautiful place right near the Nobbies and Penguin Parade. Quite secluded and beautiful area away from all the potential hustle and bustle do Phillip Island. The Grand Prix track is very close as well, and the owners are a fountain of knowledge in regard to finding things to do and places to eat while you are there.

I chose this B and B because it is about five minutes from the Penguin Parade on Philip Island. The room was clean, light and modern and a very adequate continental breakfast is available. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone staying over to see the wildlife. There is a beautiful wetlands walk nearby where there is interesting wildlife and...

This lovely B&B is very close to the penguin parade and the Nobbies both places you must visit. The rooms are spacious and very clean with balconies over looking bush, Swan Lake and the ocean. We saw wallabies and a wombat while having a glass of wine at dusk. The B&B is nicely appointed with a large communal area and...
