We stayed overnight in this basic but clean accommodation. Comfortable bed and great shower with unusually large towels. Would benefit from usb points in the room and maybe a lamp. You have a choice of a basic breakfast but we chose to have breakfast in Alberts which adjoins the hotel. As part of the deal you receive £5 voucher off your breakfast.

The representative image, is the perfet description, what a typical room looks like. Hotel staffs are very cordial and helpful. The nearby Alberts restaurant, although very busy, has got one of the tastiest foods. Morning complementary breakfast is basic and are offered in a grab bag, so that you can enjoy it on the go or in the room. A Lot of rooms are in ground floor, and your hands are safe from pulling trolleys upstairs. I chose this hotel for its proximity to ALSG centre in Swinton, where I did a one day course. All went well as I wished.

The staff were beyond excellent. The breakfast was very good but the orange juice - I wish we could buy it - it was excellent! The rooms were clean BUT they do need a little bit of a cheer up - they could do with a makeover but they were clean and, again, the staff were brilliant in changing the towels etc... We couldn't fault it.

This was our second time staying in Hello Hotel in Manchester. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are nice and comfy. There are two options for breakfast the grab an go which has 4 options including plant based or you can eat in Alberts and receive a £5 off voucher. The grab and go breakfast is adequate. There is free tea and coffee facilities in the lobby as well as the rooms and is very well stocked.

Room very spacious, comfortable bed, table, chairs, desk - generally a lot of space. Clean bedding, coffee, cookies, kettle. Very good price for a good quality room. Man on the reception was very nice,helpful. Highly recommended this hotel!!!!

Stayed here a few times now. we stay when we are over for the football. It is a great budget hotel comfy rooms and the grab and go breakfast is handy. Definitely a great wee hotel to rest your head. The last time we were leaving at 4am to get the to airport so didn’t have time for breakfast but the guy at reception got us orange juice to go and we had our take away tea and coffee I also love the hot chocolate.

First time we have stayed here (normally stay at the premier on top road) we were very impressed for a budget hotel, grab and go breakfast we found was brilliant, very nice, freshly cooked and as much tea/coffee/water that you want in the reception area. The girl on the reception was pleasant. We went to Alberts in the evening, love Alberts so not disappointed, all the staff apart from one were all very nice, and it was extremely busy, one young girl behind the bar was in deep conversation with a colleague and took offence at being interrupted, presume she does not understand about being paid to work and not chat, however overall, brilliant. Looking forward to staying again in 2023

The room is wide and clean and beds are really comfy. The available tea and coffee bar is an advantage as it is available all day. Andrew in the reception is a very helpful and welcoming man he tried to help us as we arrived early and he was very understanding. Will come back soon🙂

Probably won’t stay here again as it’s very very basic and not very good value for the money. However, Alberts next door was very nice. The room was quite noisy as it faced the dual carriageway and it was not at all cosy. The breakfast was this grab and go thing which did what it said in the tin! Staff were charming which was the best thing about my stay.
