Clean hotel within walking distance to the town. The room was clean, tiled floor, and clean bathroom. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. There is a common dining area with bread, biscuits, oats and coffee available for free. The owner, Mr Ricky Choo is really friendly and helpful. The Pollock tunnel is located within his property and he is willing to allow guests to explore. The hotel does not have cooked meals so you need to go into town for meals. Most of the food shops close in the afternoon and a few reopen in the evening. If you are looking for halal food, there are a few shops near the police station. The food is good and the staff friendly. The Panorama hill is located close to the hotel.

Room is normal with standard amenities. There is ample parking if you drive. The road leading to the resort not wide, this is to be expected from small town. Resort staff is friendly and easy to communicate. The resort is a walking distance to centre of town and the Panorama Hill, less than 5 mins walk.

It is near to town and attractions area. Wish the room is cleaner. It is OK for back packer. Common TV and pantry area. Bread, coffee and tea is located at the common area. The staff is friendly. The tour prices published in the Pullock website is outdated. Tour to Rainbow waterfall is RM60 per head. No explanation given in regards to the tour. They are mainly just the driver. So do your own research.

It is more like a small motel instead of resort. Staff are friendly. The room is a bit small for a family of 4 adults and 1 children. The pullock tunel is a surprise to us. The resort is short distance walk to the panorama hill and nearby the wet market.

We booked a twin room at pollock, which is located at the foot of panoramic hill. We were extremely surprised it was so near to the town and we never had to drive during our 2d1n trip. Other attractions eg museum and hanging bridge are also a relaxing 20min walk if you don't mind. And of course, because it is slightly up on a hill there's zero noise at night besides some footsteps. Good sleep assured. Cleanliness of bed sheet and towels are average though, so we used ours. Light breakfast of bread and coffee is provided but no comment, as we had ours at the market just 5min down. Parking available just outside your room so don't worry about that.

Place is just off the main street of Sungai Lembing and set against the backdrop of the forest. The accommodation are chalets built into the hills. One wakes up to the sound of the forest including birds and gibbons. Place is basic but clean. Rooms come with air con and fan and toilet and shower facilities. There is a common dining hall and even a disused tin mine tunnel! The lady boss is friendly and very helpful and can make all sort of arrangement upon request

Nice hostel and I will recognize this hostel, the room is quite clean and they using the mountains water,( I believe is the water from the old mine tunnel) for their water supply and I feel that is quite nice. The resort is just like a B&B except that room comes with attached toilet. Don't expect much if you're looking to "hide" in the room. The reason why I book this is because of the pollock tunnel which is flooded (a disappointment). The panorama foothills is just a short walk away.

This resort was within the vicinity of pollock mines tunnel. The price is cheap and the room was ok. Location is on the hill and only 500 metres from oldtown sungai lembing. There were coffee and tea available at this resort mini hall. My friend and i bought had dinner at foodcourt in the town area. You can buy groceries from the shop there
