This is by far the worst hotel/motel in which I have ever stayed. The rooms are no bigger than from what we are led to believe are standard prison cells. The wadrobe and bedside lockers are unfinished flat-pack material. One uncomfortable metal chair is provided for two guests, and the ensuite is a joke. It is so tiny that the...

Stayed 2 nights here in early January 2007 purely as a base to see Canberra on a quick visit. A run of the mill motel with very small rooms (too small to be comfortable really) but within walking distance of the City Centre and easy to get to. The rooms and motel itself were clean though, with a good guest...

Keep in mind, that if it's cheap there's usually a good reason. I arrived on a HOT day looking forward to the aircond. It was broken, the receptionist assured me the cooler which was blowing around the 45c hot air in the room was better than any airconditioner. I expected basic for the low price. I got dirty (mould in...

We stayed at this hotel in march 06, for 3 nights. It was clean and quiet. We didn't have any of the other problems mentioned. It was small, but all we did was sleep and shower here.

We stayed at this motel, as we were looking for a centrally based motel that had no stairs for access, due to my wife's handicaps, plus was a three star motel, the quality we normally can afford as Seniors. The room was so small... It had a double bed and a single bed in it but the single bed needed...

I stayed at the Comfort Inn with my husband over Anzac Day - we were there specifically for the dawn service. Should have known that the budget price also meant a budget stay ... on our second night our neighbours (5 teenagers) came back to the hotel at 12:30am drunk and loud, and didn't stop shouting and smashing bottles until...

I stayed at comfort inn in February 2004. The room I stayed in for the first two nights was infested by bedbugs (I was bitten on the first night but didn't wake up and find the bugs until the second night). Management had the room fumigated and offered me a free breakfast, but did not offer any kind of refund,...
