The positives first: 11 guests, arriving different times for 2 X 2br apartments. The confusion was dealt with calmly and in friendly manner. Rooms comfortable, Beds super comfortable Kitchen well equipped Location excellent - for shops, restaurants, (H2O within the building) easy access to most of the Canberra's popular tourist spots. Had great view of the fireworks (Skyfire for the...

Great location, walking distances to bars, restaurants, casino, conference centre etc however the hotel is quite dated. The rooms are a bit smelly, damp and need the windows open most of the time. The gym and pool is dated, stuffy and generally run down. The staff are friendly and helpful but the places really needs a lot of maintenance and...

Fantastic location, right next to Canberra Walk, just a few steps from everything and yet the apartments are very reasonably priced. Incredibly convenient and good quality. Clean, modern and well maintained.

The night staff were fantastic. Arrived at midnight after a late flight only to find my reservation was for a months time. Nothing was too much trouble as they found me a room and made sure I had everything I needed. Room was a little tired but then again so was I. Had everything you would need.

When we ordered the room, we did not expecting such well equipped room, but what we got was a spacious big area, the main bedroom with comfy single and double bed, nice dining and living room with TV and small dining table, next to kitchen with stove, Microwave, fridge and kitchen stuff, then a clean bathroom / toilet, The bonus...

The staff were lovely but that was the only good point. Checked in and was advised there was a mini bar and room service however the fridge was bare and no sign of a food menu. After calling reception I was told that some rooms are owned by another company that does not provide those services. There was no notification...

Having booked a good deal, price wise, I was then told it would cost me an extra $15 per day to park our car. Which meant the cost was more than I expected & yes, the access to the car park was very tight, step driveway & hard to get into but the signage was good to find the car...

Having just left the hotel (no late check out available)?? Would say this apartment hotel had everything you need for a central stay in Canberra City Centre. Downside, the decor is tired, the mattresses in our room badly needed replaced and we had to hike up to the 8th floor with our cases as the lift only goes to the...

We stayed for three nights in a one bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The first floor foyer and our apartment had a dreadful smell which wafted up from the café downstairs. Definitely the smallest one bedroom apartment we have ever stayed in. The accommodation is in desperate need of a renovation. Entry and exit to the basement parking...

On arrival the young lady on reception wasn't friendly. When we got to our room we found the air conditioner didn't work. We were told it would be fixed when we came back, but was still the same. Another young lady (Brooke) was on reception by this time and came up with us to have a look. She very promptly...
