I booked this establishment because we wanted to be in the city centre and was surprised at the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The apartments are in the heart of the city and close to youth hostel accommodation, but also close to the city shopping centre (just over the road). The decor is a bit tired and the apartments...

This establishment purports to be be a 4 1/2 star apartment hotel. However, I found it to be in such poor condition it doesn't deserve any star rating. The windows were smeared and extremely dirty. The kitchen was filthy with the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cupboards inside and out obviously not having been recently cleaned. There was a cigarette burn in...

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is fairly dated - a bit like a motel room. At least it was nice and warm and is in a good CBD location. The staff were also very friendly. The underground carpark is hard to manoeuvre around and the parking spaces are small.

With its location in Civic, access is good to the Convention Centre, Casino and shopping/restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs that does a value breakfast as well as being popular with diners and drinks at night (with a relaxing jazz band planing on Friday during our visit). The Waldorf has a mix of permanent residents and hotel guests so...

Staying at the Waldorf was fun. The staff were excellent, playing tennis on the roof was fun, the indoor pool and spa were massive and warm. The location was peerless, with heaps of shops and eateries nearby and floriade only s small walk away. I could easily run up my ainslie and around Parliament House, so I was pretty happy....

When my company booked me in this accommodation I was not looking forward to stay there due to the poor reviews at tripadvisor. Fortunately, my experience at the waldorf was all but bad. Check-in was quick and easy, we got there before 2pm and the rooms were ready. I stayed in a fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had...

I booked this accomodation for a girls trip away. There was 8 of us so I booked two 2 bedroom apartments and the price was good. They were clean and fairly well maintained. Might be time soon though for a little revamp. Most of us commented the next morning that the beds weren't very comfortable. But that was our only...

Stayed here for 3 nights during a conference at the nearby National Convention Centre (5 min walk). These are apartments so don't expect the comprehensive service you'd get in a hotel. I had a studio apartment on level 4 facing the street. No noise problems to speak of. Really handy to have a washer & dryer to minimize traveling with...

Perfectly located for central Canberra and for the National Convention Centre. The apartment was well appointed - so could prepare own dinner and breakfast. No toiletries provided, so bring your own. Also bathroom fan(noisy) was on constantly and could not locate the off switch. Reported to front desk. Close to restaurants and great cafes and shopping. They need to provide...

Town centre location is good and easy to navigate to attractions. Disappointed that the apartment tariff does not include carparking. Carparking is surely part of the development that you stay at (I'm sure it would be considered same under building code).
