Hilton Sydney is predominately known for its high level of business class. Me and my partner decided to try it but for a more romantic weekend. Booking the executive relaxation suite, we where very pleasantly surprised, and what a lovely relaxing weekend we had. Staff and concierge very helpful, building itself, clean and modern. The room was great, we pre-arranged...

Stayed during the Mardi gras weekend, transition during check in was stress-free I was welcomed with consummate service from Guillia (apologies if I misspelt your name). Furthermore my booking was complimentary upgraded and check out extended (my day just keeps getting better). The room was inviting, cleverly designed to utilise space, decor was contemporary and overall the room was immaculately...

Nicely located in the CBD, this hotel is within 10 minutes walk of many attractions - Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanic Gardens, etc. Good restaurants and bars within the hotel - Marble Bar is a must see - dates back to 1893. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Executive lounge could offer more diverse day...

The room we booked was nicely appointed and had a decent view of the city streets. However the major draw back was the room was small and therefore we felt closed in throughout our stay and then deliberatly didnt spend much time in the hotel. The service was good though but for the price I dont feel it was worth...

Stayed here last January to celebrate the New Year’s Eve with family and to watch one of the most spectacular Fire Works in the world. Choose the Hilton simply because of the location, right in the center of the city and during the New Year celebration all the road will be closed and need to walk to the main attraction...

The room was private and beautifully maintained. Access to the fitness center was also a strong point to staying there. The Hotel is well place so if you feel like going out for dinner everything you could possible want was in walking distance

The hotel is flawless - from the valet who opens your door just as the car pulls up, to the stunning foyer. But most appreciated was the excellent service from the security/lost property team after I left some expensive items in the room after check out. Firstly - We booked an Executive King room (not a suite) and it was...

Located in the heart of Sydney's downtown I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is just perfect, clean and nice design. No wonder this hotel is very busy, many airline crews also stay there. I didn't opt to have breakfast there, so I cannot comment on the food quality.

I stayed at the Hilton several times during my business trips to Sydney. Great location, with a great Executive Lounge. It is often a very busy hotel, thus check-in prior to 3pm is almost impossible. Great location, very comfortable and well-appointed room, and excellent breakfast. On the negative side: Outrageous wifi charges (e.g. $15 for 1hr) Long queue to get a seat at breakfast (poor process) Extra charge for green tea!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
