We were very happy with the hotel. The rooms are roomy and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a walk to shops, restaurants and the Casino. Directly on the light rail for easy access.

I have never stayed in an Ibis Hotel before, but chose to stay with Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour because I was going to an event at the Australian National Maritime Museum five minutes walk away. Discovered that the hotel is also walking distance to a range of attractions and to the harbour ferry. I consider the Ibis chain to be... More

Now I get it this is a 3.5 star hotel but seriously unless you are getting this a very cheap rate don't bother - it's dated and dirty. The only good thing I can say is the view across darling harbour is amazing.

Small dirty rooms, very budget. This place wants bulldozing as the maintenance has not been kept up to it. Charge you $55 to park your car yourself when there is free parking out on the street. I've stayed here before and re-booked by accident.

Room was very comfortable and located within short walking distance to the light rail and a lot of amenities on Darling Harbour's west side. Also close to Pyrmont Bridge crossing to the east of Darling Harbour for the Aquarium, Sydney Zoo and ferries to Circular Quay. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast buffet with a view over Darling Harbour and delicious... More

Required to stay here due to a shortage of accom in Sydney. Single beds! Not impressed -small room, small shower, no facilities, curtains missing and blinds damaged. Guy on checkin was friendly. At $400 for a night, extremely overpriced. $150 would've been more appropriate. Couldn't wait to get back to work.!

I have stayed a few days in this property but I've been utterly disappointed by the unreliable nature of their WiFi. For a property of this type, this is unacceptable. I stayed in two other IBIS properties in Sydney and they did not have this problem at all. The reception claimed that this is the first time they hear about... More

This hotel is a great location for sightseeing in Sydney, it's only a short walk to main shopping areas and restaurants along the harbour. The bedrooms are small but that seems to be standard in the city and we felt safer and more secure here than we did in other Sydney hotels. Great value for money if you're just looking... More

There is no doubting that in terms of position and value for money the Ibis in Darling harbour is a good choice - right on the edge of the harbour it is super easy to get to all the key parts pf Sydney whether city or tourist attractions but to be honest there is not much else to say about... Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park.
