Stayed for 3 nights with my sister and my niece in 1 bedroom apartment. The room was ok, spare bed mattress was thin and not comfortable, everything worked but the overall impression was the room desperately need a good make over. Good value for money as the location was great. Walking distance to the Wynyard station, Darling Harbour, Opera House,...

My partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment in February for 1 week and we loved it! We arrived at 10.30 and dropped our bags off thinking we wouldn't be able to check in until 2 but staff advised us they would make sure our room was ready in 1 hour! As we hadn't slept much on the...

Nice location, easy walk from Wynyard station (and direct line from/to the airport). Staff was courteous, but not particularly helpful with regards to the city sights (best head to an i-site or ask other locals). The FREE TOUR city map the front desk hands out is awesome, as it shows main bus routes and ferry locations, and it lists the...

My sister and I stayed at Napoleon on Kent to see a show at the State theater (which we walked to, no problem). The sofa bed was made up for our arrival which was great. The staff were delightful and very helpful. This is such a good location, close to everything around the CBD , Darling Harbor and The Rocks....

I found this property via Groupon. And I now question the motive of any property on this site. Though I asked the property directly for a quiet room & offered to pay any additional amount the request was ignored even though all earlier emails were answered promptly (ie parking..). We ended up in probably the most under used, noisiest room...

This motel has a kitchenette with basic facilities. It does lie under a major expressway and there is building going on nearby (and will be into 2016 I'm sure), but it is less than 1.5km walk from Darling Harbour, the CBD, The Rocks and Circular Quay. There are pay washing machines in the basement and reception was always manned that...

I've stayed in both studio and one bedroom apartments at different times and found them both spacious and comfortable. Kitchenettes contain all the basic tools to look after yourself, with both Woolies and Coles supermarkets just down the street at Wynyard Station. This is a great location and surprisingly quiet, given it is near the Barangaroo development. I stay all...

Stayed at Napoleon on Kent for six nights, great location, very comfortable bed and great price. Close to many Sydney favorites such as the Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

We booked Napolean on Kent expecting a tiny little box of an apartment being that it was right in the city. When we opened the door we were very surprised. It was a large apartment with a huge main bedroom. The kitchen was plenty big enough for our five night stay and the bathroom with a bath was very satisfactory....

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
