The best feature of this hotel is the excellent location at Martin Place, right in the centre of Sydney's shopping district. The rooms are comfortable with a luxurious bathtub and the breakfast is a highlight and very good value at $25 a head.

From the moment we arrived and was greeted by Laurence on reception the experience was near perfect. The room was large, beautifully styled and the facilities were excellent. The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere was professional but friendly. We stopped by The Bar for a drink and nibbles and the opportunity to people watch. High Teas were being enjoyed...

Worth staying here just to enjoy the wonderful Victorian architecture and lively lobby. Perfectly positioned for CBD and a gentle stroll to the Opera and Bridge. Rooms were spacious and staff always helpful and friendly.

Not the nicest Westin but not the worst. It's a good hotel for conventions and when you are in the lobby, it feels like you are in fact attending a convention. It is a very busy hotel but there is ample staff on hand.

I've stayed at the Westin many times and it has been such a great experience. Particularly the staff are great and work very hard to satisfy the customers. The coffee in the lobby bar is perfect and the delicious food in the restaurant is unmatched. Thanks Westin for a great experience.
