Disappointed that room still hasn't been serviced after a full day sightseeing. It's after 4pm and the same thing happened yesterday. Please put on more staff if you need to but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the room to be cleaned after a full day out.

Sorry to hear that you had a less than positive experience with us rosietas. We do still service rooms until approximately 5pm for guests who are staying in the hotel but two days in a row certainly isn't the standard we would expect. Please get in touch with me to discuss further. Kan Huang | Front Office Manager - kan_huang@evt.com

Stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite for 2 nights for business travel. Spacious room, comfortable King bed, and the bonus of a small balcony (admittedly looking onto the office building next door, but hey, this is central Sydney, it's what you'd expect!) The location is great - central and only a few minutes walk to the CBD etc. Plenty...

Stayed here for 3 days in november, arrived early due to flight so room was not ready, but we did not have to wait to long as they did our room first. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant 10 min walk to darling harbour and 20 minster walk to sydney opera house, also China town...

There are many great things about this place. - The rooms are well appointed enough and kept clean. - The bed is super comfortable, although IMO there should be more types of pillows on offer. - The room service pricing is fair, and is the same price offered in the restaurant downstairs. - The location is central. Near rail, bus,...

The hotel is modern and has all the amenities required by those on business trips. The room is a tad smallish but considering its central Sydney location it's a small trade off. The GHA membership is not recognised in Singapore though when I tried to use it at Parkroyal Pickering.

Had friends staying at the Apartments in World Square Tower and needed to be close by. My room on the top floor was comfortable (although the view was not good ), well decorated and a big plus to me was the separate bathtub and separate shower. Had room service while there which was very good, service prompt, Both Reception area...

Hotel is in a great location, handy for Chinatown, cbd, trains and buses, and plenty of nearby eating options. World Square itself has plenty of places to get a feed, including Japanese, Mexican, Chinese / dumplings, Korean. Rooms are spacious, and my bed mattress was on the soft side compared to what I'd prefer, but I had no trouble sleeping....

We arrived at 8p.m. very tired after our Journey from Manchester England. The receptionist was efficient and very helpful, We were quickly given our key. The room was spacious but a funny shape with a window with a curtain that was difficult to open it made the room dark. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but I think a...

This was my first time staying here. The room was large and spacious with a seperate lounge area. The bed was comfortable and the pillows where amazing they helped with achieving a solid sleep with no interruptions. The hotel itself is somewhat modern with nice finishings. I was staying on Level 12 and couldn't hear any sounds from the other...

I am from Sydney and it's always nice to visit your own town occasionally. The hotel does not live up to its price tag. The room was fine with a comfortable bed and everything thing you would expect from a Rydges' room. The bar is really awful - dark, no atmosphere and really inappropriate music was playing. I would expect...

Sorry to hear of your less than pleasing stay Robert C. I have put forward your comments to our Food and Beverage Manager about the issues experienced. Certainly the room service experience is not acceptable and I trust you will allow us to address all this internally. Hoping that has not discouraged you with any future stays with us.

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
