Worst hostel I've been in. Smelly and dirty carpets, a lot of hair and dirt under the bed. It's unbelievable that they get guest's, we fled after one night. Location was very good. Rest is crap. Full of baby cockroaches on the bathroom, didn't see there parent's.

Showers hardly functioned, i produce more pressure from my urethra and my urine would be atleast warmer and sterile. Common space filthy. Most stove tops broken. Kitchen filthy. Ate dinner with a cockroach running accross feet. Beer and booze botles, food and rubbish left all over common spaces. 1/2 elevators functioning - barely, waiting up to 20 mins for it...

Saying that this is the WORST hostel accommodation is an understatement. The photos featured online are MISLEADING, Nomads is a pretty reputable hostel chain and should seriously do something about this Sydney Pitts Street branch. 1. Tiles in bathroom broken and dirty 2. Maggots and flies everywhere in toilet, sanitary bin isn't cleared and more flies and stench would come...

This is the worst hostel I've ever stayed at absolutely disgusting. Smells like mould, drywall falling off, bugs everywhere, our shower door fell off. Two fridges were out of order, kitchen was always dirty, the elevator worked maybe 1.5 days out of 5. And Ophir bathroom door didn't lock and fell off the slider at one point. Don't stay here

+: location -: not clean, terrible kitchen, ancient elevators, a bit expensive. The air in our room was terrible. People did not wash what they used in the kitchen - annoying. Shared room with some terrible brits, as well.

To be honest I wasn't staying here I was coming here to see a friend. I can't believe people can run places like that without any shame.. and I'm very happy I didn't choose this...

I have stayed here for well over a month now and can safely say nomads westend is the worst hostel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair, the housekeeping staff DO NOT do anything, the lifts are ancient and in urgent need of replacement (nomads has 13 floors and the...

I stayed in a number of Nomads while in Australia because it was part of my "tour up the East Coast" package I did with a tour company. TBH, I don't know if I'd pick these if I had a chance... The location in Sydney where I was in a mixed room 6--> PROS: - location: it was central to...

Possibly the worst nomads hostel we have stayed in, and we have stayed in about 6+ along the east coast. We were on the 8th floor, and it was a lucky day if one of the lifts were working as this was a rarity. I resulted to cooking a pot noodle on the last night because of how dirty the...
