The hotel is tired, over priced and lacking any quality. The staff were friendly and helpful but couldn't can't make up for the poor state of the hotel. No mini bar, mound in the shower and overall in desperate need of a refurb.

I said over 2 consecutive weeks during March for 4 nights at a time. The first week I had a nice room with a city view and was happy with my stay and the service. In fact, I signed up to the loyalty program anticipating many more stays as I travel regularly to Sydney for business. Then I stayed the...

Booked a room here for somewhere close to the city to stay for my friends birthday. Service is great but is overshadowed by the state of the room. Room 711 is so worn down, chipped / terrible pain jobs on doors, the top of the tissue holder in the bathroom fell off the wall and looks terrible and there's mould/...

This was my second visit. Better experience. Room seemed more modern. Staff still friendly and quick with sorting requests. Wifi is good. Restaurants nearby. Close to hospital. 3 km odd pleasant walk into central. Or buy an opal card and use the plentiful buses.

With little/no choice on where to stay close to the UoS Mind and Brain Institute, I continue to make the same mistake, if not living in hope, and staying at Rydges in Camperdown. Once their only redeeming feature was their free wifi, but now not even this passes muster. Their internet speed and connection was so spotty and frustrating that...

I stayed here with my dance group last weekend. At first it was average & clean so i had no issues. It came to the second day and there was an issue with our hotel key card. I was informed by my cousin in the room at the time that there was a Key Card waiting for me at reception...

My husband and I stayed here last night (7/3) so that we could visit my husband's specialist. We have stayed here many times before and have usually been happy. Our room 319, behind the lifts was large, quiet and spotless. I like that you can take the Airconditioning off and open the window. We also had dinner here. My husband...

Situated near Newtown. Walkable distance from kings street which offers a lot of food options. Infrastructure of the hotel is very old. The breakfast and food is very average. Not many vegetarian options. But i would like to thank the staff special mention for jennifer.

Stayed overnight. Great location to Sydney Uni and nice walk to Newtown. Room standard and priced accordingly. Friendly staff, neat and tidy rooms. Good location to restaurants and cafes. Close to RPA hospital also.

Our greeting was warm and our room was huge but the décor needed a magic touch. The location to the RPA was great but expensive along with the food. The majority of guests would be from country areas if they have appointments or are patients at the hospital and need to be nearby. By the time you pay the fuel...
