Plus: customer service at reception is good and location very good walking distance to most attractions Cons: quite low std hotel, the facilities more of backpackers style not good for couples or families

Above answer is accurate. 20 min walk or train from station nearby comes every 5 minutes, only 2 stops on the city circle to circular quay.
