The guy on the front desk is really rude. the lodge you can not have visitors come up. I would highly recommend to not stay here at all because it just is not a friendly environment. I would highly recommend stay at a backpackers or just somewhere else in general over here. Not happy at all, will 100% not be... More

These lodges are situated in a good central location in the heart of Sydney. Clean and tidy with all the essentials needed, including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There were only two points to highlight about this place is that: 1) They don't have any lifts, so carrying luggage up the stairs is required. 2) The rooms have a... More

I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights. It is in a great position. There is a supermarket a few doors up and plenty of restaurants cafes and pubs within easy walking distance. The train station is an easy 5-10 minute walk. The staff at the lodge were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are not fancy but they... More

Booked a room with a double and single single bed. Arrived to Sydney before lunch and room was ready, allowed to drop bags off and relax in room. Clean, neat and great location. Price was excellent for Sydney and I will stay again.

Wifi not working evening/night, very noisy from bathrooms and people walking in the stairs. And the closest shared bathoom was really dirty. Ok location, but you can get a much nicer place for the same money in Sydney.

Hi Cesecazgz, We are in a lovely old historical terrace in the inner city - so it is almost impossible not to have some noise inside & out - it is a shame this kept you awake. The bathrooms do get cleaned at least twice a day by our great cleaners - if it was dirty it must have been... More

A short walk to the historic McElhone steps. Following these will lead you to Harry's cafe de wheels (highly recommended). Past here, up some stairs takes you past the art museum to the beautiful Royal botanic gardens. Next door is Hyde Park, and through Hyde park you will end up at the heart of Sydney, CBD, shops, cafes etc. The... More
