we had to stay for business in Prai instead of the penang island . we decided to stay at the citadines as we wanted to have more "room " to stay for the 2 days we were staying . the apartment's is very comfortable and very cleaned, well appointed , the pool is overlooking prai with a fantastic view , Gym very nice equipment and cleaned . you have a small DIY launderette which was very well equipped as we had some stained clothes by mud , bed comfortable, room equipped with iron safe etc and the room is very quiet good sound proofing . in fact we prefer it to the Ascott Gurney. there is a lot of restaurant around the service residence and a 24 hours mini mart where they served draft beer with a terrace alfresco 20 mts from the hotel. breakfast had the "local standard " service more on DIY . frankly the price was lower than surrounding hotel for a bigger room .hence recommend to stay in this place great value for money

Relatively a new hotel or service apartment, located in Icon City or near Juru Auto City, southern part of Bukit Mertajam, almost near to Batu Kawan, and this actually more of an advantage, and it also just next to PLUS highway and near to 2nd Penang Bridge. Surrounding area full with place to eat (with in walking distance) but for muslim, there hardly any halal restaurants.
Been new, almost all the facilities in working and pristine condition. Stayed in 2 bedroom premier apartment, it is rather huge and well equipped, complete with washing machine and all cooking equipments - cooking hob, bread toaster, utensils, but there wasn't any complimentary drinking water. It was a pleasant and nice stay, however, couldn't say the same about the staffs. My encounter with the staffs rather less friendly and not so informative.

Out of this world interior with second to none finishing and amenities. Very much suitable for business traveler and long staying guest as you have all amenities within and lively eateries around. Level of coziness is superb and sound proof window installed making the much needed tranquility and peace suffuse the premise. The location is immediately exiting Juru exit on the NSE making it strategic to maneuver around. Highly recommended for stressful business traveler like me.

Read the fine prints / reconfirm with property prior to booking. I opted for a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 guests under the advance purchase with breakfast package. Upon arriving at the breakfast counter, I found out that my free breakfast was only for 2 pax - T&C which I couldn't even find on the website prior to booking and also wasn't explained to me during check in.
Reluctantly paid for the 3rd guest and found out that breakfast selection was very limited and they don't even have eggs!
Property is not well cleaned. Room is ok but don't expect a complete blackout certain part of the windows were without curtains.

We were traveling as two couples, and both of our rooms were unclean. The first room we checked into had dried rice caked on the sheets and a few stains, and we asked for a switch, but the next room was not that much better. All the rooms we stayed in had dirty floors (marks on them that wiped away easily, stickiness, dirt).
The third night of our stay, we returned to find our door propped open, and an unopen condom next to our bed that had not been there before. The only conclusion we could come to was the obvious one. I could believe one of these things was overlooked on our part, but not both in conjunction.
The manager insisted no one had been in our room, and said he would send us the security footage. As soon as we left town, he called us on the phone and said he could not send us the video. He had also refused to give us a full refund based on the premise that the video showed no one entering our room, so this was frustrating.
Ultimately, we were both given a 1 night refund 'for uncleanliness.' I felt this did not fully account for the ridiculousness of our experience. Ultimately, I felt like we were mislead and taken advantage of.

Recently stayed here and took the 2 bedroom premier suite. Check in was good and we moved to our suite. The rooms were all in good condition, bed and pillows comfortable. The only downside i would say is the floor on the whole unit seems to be very dusty and like not cleaned... It had a very uncomfortable feeling and i had to wear a slipper inside. Other than that, overall i am pleased with this place...

Check in was smooth even though we had some changes to our reservations. Staff was friendly and guided me on how to amend my bookings online ad I wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities and a washer too. Great for families . View from the pool was impressive. Kids love it. The rooms are clean and big. Staffs are friendly and beds are comfy. Except the blankets are abit thick haha. At 18 degrees we still sweating at night under the blankets. Location is wonderful as there are lots of food around it. Sunway mall is just 10mins grab ride so it’s wonderful.
