Great dinner night, no driving, entertainment, good food. Short drive to the Kings Canyon Rim Walk. We had budget lodge room for 5. Each accomodation wing has its own indoor camp kitchen. Met people from all over the world.

No issues but pricing is absolutely over the top. Powered site for AUD65 for the family. Reception was friendly but robotic and just repeating the standards they had to say. Sunset bar is open from to, live band is playing form too and so on.... We camped from free camp, to dirt patches at Uluru to National Parks and commercial...

Our room was quiet with a lovely outlook onto the colourful rocky area. We lazed in the spa bath and enjoyed the spacious rooms. Breakfast is excellent with the best home made muesli I have ever tasted and a wide variety of other foods. Don't recommend the kangaroo skewers - they were quite tough. Everything else was yummy. Best to...

It's the only option and is expensive but ... there you go. We knew this before we travelled. The site is well laid out in a way that is sensitive to the surrounds. We were right up the back in 129 and were happy with the room and facilities. The shower was good and though the room was basic it...

We camped in our tent at the camp site. The site was great and the facilities were clean and tidy. The staff in the store could not be more helpful, apart from taking 15 minutes to find the right key to open a cupboard to sell me a bottle of wine. The problems started with taking our rubbish to the...

The shared bath and kitchen are farely close to rooms. It is inprotant to notice that there nothing but a microwave in shared kitchens, you need borrow the cooker kit at the...

We stayed at Kings canyon resort. You are paying for location- location. What an amazing location. Well worth visiting The cabins were clean and comfortable. Great fridge to store your food. We stayed 2 nights and the staff were very helpful. Make sure you bring all the items you need for cooking - including the Matches if you are travelling...

We stayed here as part of a tour. The tour arrived after 6:30 which meant the one grocery store/convenience store closed quickly (we never went as it closed at 7pm). The room is basic - but the shower is good and the bed is comfortable. This is a decent room as part of a tour.

If you want to visit Kings Canyon there is really only one place to stay, and that is at Kings Canyon Resort. We arrived after 3pm and were told our room was not ready, but would be in 10 minutes, and to go to the bistro and have a cup of coffee (at our expense). Half an hour later we...
