I had a good stay for a quick over nighter. Everything went well. Good bed. Shower good. Staff friendly. I also had a good view but could no really appreciate it on an over nighter. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two nights and it really needs some work. It is a great location for the city or south bank. The staff were friendly and that's the positives. The hotel looks worn and tired and the hallways are quite rundown. Parking was a bit of a joke and people there quite rude. Breakfast was not great and...

Traveling for business the Mercure was conveniently located to the cbd and facilities. Had a river view room which had recently been refurbished. Best bed and pillows ever! My work colleagues was on a different floor but said the same about the bed. We dined in the restaurant Sunday night and the food was fabulous, not overpriced and service was...

We stayed only one night. The room had a nice river view. We had won the stay in a raffle and lost he voucher and they were really good about it. The room was nice and a great bathroom. Very close to everything.

Initially good service turned into something frightfully crap. Sent next door to IBIS restaurant. Service was beyond terrible. Food was pretty lousey and very expensive. No help from restaurant or Mercure staff to remedy overcharge on bill. Room was very poorly lit.

Front of house staff know how to be helpful. The rooms have been updated since my last stay. Facelift is still underway. Great location for my meetings tomorrow. Close to shopping malls. See photos for your own decision.

Visited for 2 nights for business and got a really bad smelling room, when I asked to get a different room, I was told within a second that they have no availability and can get someone to spray my room. No thanks. Obviously a well trained answer, absolutely didn't have a feeling I am looked after. Won't stay again in...

Stayed here for three nights. The location is good if you don't mind walking past a skimpy bar hotel on your way to the CBD. It's right near the motorway. Not a good outlook. The room was very small and in need of refurbishing. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. There are better options in the beautiful city...
