The young blue eyed lady at the desk was extremely helpful when we decided to rent a second room and she made sure this was right next door. The noise from the train line was the main downfall. The apartment was spacious and had an outdoor seating area which we utilised.

Not very happy. the standard of housekeeping was very, very ordinary. I would think that the housekeeping staff would be encouraged to report any problems with any fixtures & fittings. Lastly, no I would not look to stay there again.

The rooms look a little tired, could do with some attention. Location was ideal for me and reasonable value for money. Paid for internet but found it was totally useless in the room and on the balcony.

Service - good ( friendly, helpful staff). Cleanliness - poor. Location - good. Value - okay ( would have given better score if rooms were cleaner. Also no extra toilet roll in bathroom & only small number of sheets left on roll in bathroom ).

Enjoyed my stay. Wish there was more allowance on the wifi and more breakfast options but a great stay. Its in a great location and not that much of a walk to the valley. Loved it. Even though there are many club goers staying there your room is still quiet

Nice location, close to transport and restaurants. Secure parking. Pool. The two bedroom two bathroom apartment included a kitchen and laundry. Good-sized deck. Easy check-in and check out. Helpful staff and good cleaners, but only once a week cleaning service.

Good place to stay, great location too pretty much walking distance from everything. Excellent service and great staff. Would be ideal if you were going to a concert as the RNA Show grounds and Tivoli are walking distance.

Rooms need basic maintenance. There were water damage stains on sofa, walls were poorly repaired and not paint, blinds didn't function properly limiting privacy, air conditioner in bedroom was very noisy. These are all easily addressed with some care and basic maintenance. Food smells als permeate the hallways fro. Resident cooking

It is in a great position. But the room was filthy & smelly. Mouldy bathroom. Extremely noisy! Lots of guests having parties over the weekend. Slamming doors. I stayed there for work. I have advised work not to book there again
