Excellently quaint little B&B just minutes away from the action. Within 15 minutes walking distance from most of the things you would want to see in Brisbane. Geof was amazing and helpful host, and the breakfasts in the morning were delightful. The rooms had ample space, the beds were comfortable and they were well appointed. Will be suggesting this gorgeous...

The owner did everything to make our stay perfect: we had a wonderful room, the B&B has a very convenient location, and above all the breakfast on the lovely terrace is amazing. We would immediately stay again!

We stayed here only for one night aftet a overseas flight. What a wonderful little gem it is. Within walking distance to the cbd and the river. The breakfast area is so relaxing. Will definitely be going on my list to stay again when doing overnight visits to Brisbane

We stayed here recently as a one night stopover to be near the airport. Extremely welcoming, comfortable, quiet and well-situated. Far more inviting than a boring hotel room - we felt just that little bit special. The included breakfast was fresh, home-made and delicious. There's lots of attention to detail that made this a surprisingly exceptional visit and we wished...

Review from RockyAnne A wonderful B & B in an excellent location. The host is accomodating and engaging, and provides the best meals ever (can cook!) out in the lovely tropical meal/bar area. I have stayed in B & B's worldwide and this one rates among the best value for money. Will return.

This was our second stay at One Thornbury and we weren't disappointed. It's not unusual for a B&B or hotel to come up a bit short after they have been 'discovered' but One Thornbury is an exception to that rule. A beautifully appointed room with all amenities in the ensuite bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand soap all provided...

Geoff made us feel so welcome. The friendliest place we stayed our whole 3 week trip. Room very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities. Short walk to great restaurants and the river. Fantastic breakfast!! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our Canadian friends.

We spent four nights in the top floor suite, appreciated both the setting and the chance to spread out. Geof went out of his way to help us with a package, and the binder of suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc., was very helpful. We especially enjoyed dinners at The Alliance Hotel nearby, and we appreciated being able to use the...

Geof is very attentive, continental breakfast like no other, friendly, clean and close to Fortitude Valley and Brisbane CBD. Quiet outside area for leisure and breakfast, wouldn't think you were in the city, quiet, peaceful and possums in the garden

This is the perfect B & B for those wanting a quiet, friendly place close to Brisbane CBD. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, excellent facilities and very friendly owners made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast is served in an outdoor area which also acts as a lounge with couch and large TV. Geoff's famous pancakes are even better than...
