We stayed here with 3 other families (so 8 kids under 10 years and 8 adults) and had a two bedroom apartment each. Checkin was easy. The apartments were quite clean and actually well stocked. The kids LOVED the lagoon pool and it's actually quite safe as it is not very deep. If you want adult time there is a...

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We loved the pool and swim up bar. Our sleep was great and our room was fine. We loved that we had a bottom floor room which we could walk out to the pool which was wonderful. Breakfast was good, just wish it went til at least 10am. Serving the room is limited...

Great rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean & tidy. The pool area was great with plety of parasols and sunbeds, and the hotel is just a very short walk to Four Mile beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a great week.

Overall a pleasant resort. We liked the room facilities especially the kids having a seperate bathroom. Disappointed with the breakfast buffet. We would have liked an option for a hot breakfast. Thought the costs for wifi were a bit much considering most places now include 'free' wifi. Also cost of movie hire @12.95 a bit excessive. Would prefer to pay...

As previously stated, cleanilrss ir room, dead gecko, old smell, phone beeped the whole time... wasn't a comfortable stay for $220 a night. As locals we had hoped to try and find a place up in port that we would come back to and don't think we found it here.

A really good family holiday. Our kids loved the pools. Good location - Nice and close to beach with just a short walk to the main shopping area or Marina. Two bedroom apartment had everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit pricey for what you get. Rooms are not very relaxing. The small TV up high on the wall is awkward. Friendly staff on reception. It was disappointing as the photos used for advertising the room we booked was very deceptive.

Positives: Great location, great pool, good facilities, friendly staff. Negatives: rooms not the cleanest, in need of a facelift, maintenance should be made a priority at this hotel and hotel is under staffed

There would be some quickish fixes that would have made our stay here so much more enjoyable . The staff were friendly and helpful , the hotel was clean and tidy , the pool area lovely . The rooms were basic but clean and the bed very comfortable . The negatives however outweighed the positives for me .. There is...
