2 adults and 2 teens. Nice vibe to the place. Easy to get to town (15min walk) and beach (5min). Pool nice temp even in June. Nice bbq area. Adult bedroom fine. 2nd bedroom just had slider louver doors and was right next to kitchen so teens found us noisy in the morning when they wanted to sleep in. Fun...

Good clean room in quiet area, but starting to show its age: Taps very hard to turn off, rust around bath plughole, grouting missing around pool, no instructions for room safe (slightly different to other safes), kitchen extraction fan desperately needs cleaning, room intro folder not up to date re operation of a/c. Internet expensive Short walk to village (10...

The Reef Club Resort presents absolutely magnificently. From the beautiful pool area to the lush gardens, to the Tuscan styled decor around the whole complex there is an instant WOW factor. The rooms are also beautifully set out and furnished with everything a holiday maker could need - we were ecstatic seeing what we were to call home for the...

We headed North for warmth and a rest and found a comfortable and well positioned resort at an affordable rate. I particularly liked the tropical gardens and terracotta finishes. My son (aged 3) loved the pool whilst my teenage daughter loved the proximity to the beach. Hubbie was grateful for the helpfulness of reception to locate options to explore the...

I need to start by saying that Port Douglas excels in accommodation and in many other areas, which the Reef Club does not. This should not be taken as criticism however. The location is close to town, and Four Mile beach, air-conditioned, with off street parking a nice pool and spa, well kept grounds and friendly helpful management on site....

Stayed June 2015 for 5 nights. The 'resort' is very dated and needs some major maintenance. The fridge in our room would not close properly, and as such it was difficult to keep our food and drinks cold. The lounge/sofa bed is very tired and uncomfortable. The wardrobe space is virtually unusable, due to the very aged chest of drawers...

Hi Kathy, We are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect stay at the Reef Club recently. Reception does shut between 5 or 6 pm depending on the season and guest needs. We have a system where your room phone should divert through to our night service who can solve a lot of issues or can contact...

We stayed here in June '15 and the four of us (2 adults 2 children) had a great time. We stayed in room 16 and initially it was hard to get used to the road noise so sleep was difficult. We soon got used to it and it didn't ruin our holiday. The BBQ was very useful and the amenities...

The name should be changedcto Reef Club budget apartments! Purchased 5 nights with Groupon but stayed only 3. After carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs, we we disappointed with our view of the carpark. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms were nicely decorated but let down by an uncomfortable cane lounge. The pool was very small for a resort....
