The boutique accomodation suited our needs perfectly. Spectacular views, peaceful, relaxing and very intimate. Located in easy reach of Port Douglas & The Daintree Rain Forest. Anthony & Andre were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Fresh fruit and croissants were served daily for breakfast along with limitless toast and cereals. Would definitely recommend this place for some much needed rest...

We stayed at Mai Tai for part of our honeymoon in 2015. We did not get to meet the owners as they were away at the time but we were looked after by a wonderful friend of theirs who was minding the resort (Peter? David?). We loved the feel of the accommodation, the furnishings, the seclusion (we were well aware...

Just returned from second holiday at Mai Tai Resort 2 bedroom villa. Again it was superb. Views are gorgeous - privacy assured - facilities and amenities are first class. The bird life and their chorus in the morning is beautiful (but if you want quiet that's ok too). A very serene and peaceful place to stay. The Hosts are wonderful,...

Go ahead and book here if you are visiting Port Douglas. Andre and Anthony are the best hosts - offering great advice on what to do nearby and what tours to go on. They are funny and kind. They have 3 beautiful dogs and 2 cats on the property. Your room is very clean, has great air conditioning (a must...

We stayed here for three days early in January and we were very pleased with our decision to book in here. It is truly a unique establishment. The decor of the place had a Balinese theme and our hosts were extremely friendly and gave us excellent advice on what to do and where to eat around the area. This is...

We've just got back from our stay at mai tai resort. The rooms were luxurious, the decor was unique and the breakfast was devine. Andre and Anthony made us feel at home and were a joy to be around. The only down side was having to leave. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks from Laura and Keegan

What an extraordinary experience on a mountainside just outside of Port Douglas. This beautiful Balinese inspired B&B could not be better. Peaceful and quiet, you feel like you're far away from civilization but near enough for local sightseeing and close enough to Port Douglas for lunch and dinner. We met a number of return guests, who were there to simply...

This has still got to be the best place to stay in the Port Douglas area. Just a very short drive from the maddening crowd – yet close to all the region’s attractions – takes you to such a quiet, restful and stunning Balinese inspired resort with fantastic views. Andre and Anthony’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, great tips etc...
