I can not tell you how much I enjoyed this heavenly experience. Was spoilt and had the body scrub & Vichy shower (first time ever) and it was one of the best spa experiences I have EVER had.... So relaxing and my skin felt amazing... then a 90 minute hot stone massage which was devine as well. The girls were...

Great location. Excellent for young families, fantastic pool, great welcome, service generally good but certain aspects of check out could have been far better managed and clouded our stay. High prices reflective of demand / location. I would stay again

A gorgeous hotel but the dining area got very busy in the mornings with not enough seating for everyone. Other wise staff lovely I was unable to use the spa bath tub due to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Lady on the reception booked me a trip at very short notice which proved to be awesome.

Overall our stay at Peppers Resort Port Douglas was exceptional. Could not fault any of the staff that we came in contact with during our stay. All were very helpful and courteous. The room we had was a spa room which for two people had all of the right touches to make it an enjoyable stay. For a great destination...

Peppers was nice, clean and convenient. Pool is large and good for kids or to do laps in. The best units would be 120, 122 and 128, they front onto the pool area and have their own sun lounges, if thats the holiday you're after, this is the best option. The biggest criticism I have is that there are not...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay which is appreciated. Great to know that you enjoyed our Resort and location. The staff do try to monitor the "sun lounge reserver's" however a few manage to slip under the radar. We are sorry that this impacted on your stay and we will aim to be more...

Overall we had a good trip. A few concerns were: - Not being able to change the air con to below 22 degrees was not cool enough for us. -Not having much table space wasn't ideal as our room service had to be served on our bed -the iron leaked all over a shirt I was going to wear out.

Complimentary internet has a 500MB cap per room. Plenty of premium options all with data caps. Seriously, with such a great location, great staff, lovely sandy beach pool, why do they nickel and dime you on internet service? Still rate it 5 stars. Proximity to Port Douglas is walking distance to 5 star dining at Nautilus, Watergate, Sassi, among others...

Great stay at this resort hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely and kept clean and tidy by staff. Plenty of pool towels provided. Despite it being schools Easter holiday time, it was never overcrowded. Easy to walk into town for trips and eating.
