We stayed at Pepper in PD for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon before heading to Palm Cove. Room was clean, good size, pool area was amazing - the only thing missing is a pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating. The pool is amazing to swim in and relax by. The location is close to shops and restaurants, making it a pleasant and easy walk both day and night. Well maintained facilities and rooms. The beds are fabulously comfortable.

There is one elevator that only caters to a small portion of the property. We could not get to our room via elevator and most of the rooms would not work for people with any difficulty walking. We had a Spa Suite and the tub on the balcony was not very private. The room was very small. There is "AC"...

This is nice hotel in good location with lovely pool. The service was quite poor especially from staff in restaurant and food there was only average. We had breakfast with booking and had one evening meal in restaurant.

We took a short break over the last 3 days of spring as a respite from Melbourne weather. The staff at Peppers were great, as were the amenities. Disappointing was our allocation of a suite in the only section of the resort which didn't have a lift, despite the place being half empty. This combined with a really rude manager...

I love Peppers Port Douglas, but this year I have to deduct a point for a few minor disappointments. This year was the first in 7 years of return visits where we weren't offered the return visitor discount on the best available rate. The person on reception couldn't even offer the cheapest rate that was shown on the Peppers website....

A superb hotel with rooms that have direct access to the pool for an early morning swim. The staff are all friendly and are extremely helpful. The location is ideal - just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The rooms are very well appointed and have everything you need. They are also very clean. Didn't try the restaurant...

Very nice hotel with a very nice pool area and we loved the proximity to town. Minus: some of the worst "sleeping pillows" that we ever have tried. Breakfast included but we have to pay $5 for the hot food.(eggs etc)

Overall, we had a great stay at Peppers. Our enjoyed the Deluxe Spa Suite, which had plenty of space and was comfortably equipped for what you need. The lagoon pool was just lovely with sunny parts and shady parts throughout the day, which meant you could use it all day. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Great location with...

My husband and I stayed here between 22nd and 25th of November and both found the resort to be wonderful. We were in a Spa Room on the ground floor which was spacious, with modern amenities and clean; what you would expect from this type of resort. The lagoon pool was beautiful and always clean with sun lounges readily available....
