We love staying at Peppers, we had a swim out room into the "beach", it's brilliant with the kiddies. Location is also fab close to beach and main shopping Disappointed with rooms that seem tired. Small things not working

We enjoyed our stay but our rooms were not cleaned till very late in the afternoon 3 to 4pm which was when we were returning to our room. Also our room service trays were not collected for a day. The rear side of the bathroom door was dirty.

The 2 single beds pushed together wasn't as comfortable as a double or queen. The room we had to start was great, we had to change and the second wasn't as good. Staff were friendly and helpful. More service pool side would of been good to get drinks etc. we will be back Thankyou.

We had a great stay with our whole family. The pool was definitely a highlight - though the lounges could do with an upgrade. Very close to town and the beach so everything you need is within walking distance. The food at the hotel was also good if want to stay in at the hotel. Though a reasonably small menu...
