Not direct in the centre of rockhampton is this Park situated. You only hear the birds in the morning and in the evening. Everything is cleaned up very well and the wifi works all over the place. The playground for kids is also very good.
Together with the rest of my friends and colleagues, we were a big group of tourists who were only staying for one night. However, the receptionist was still very welcoming towards us, and kindly assisted us when we couldn't find our room. Moreover, I left...More
On check in the receptionist Rachael was not very welcoming, my inquiry as to whether they had a site available seemed to be an inconvenience to her. However; the staff member Karl ended up being very pleasant and helped me to my new site.
Shady powered site , close to newly renovated amenities block. Two pools , one is heated and there constructing a kids water park.
Quiet location , noisy birds in the early evening but it’s good to see the different species.
Just beware of the birds...More
We stayed on one of the ‘Caravan’ Sites overnight with our rooftop tent and it was amazing! Shower and toilet facilities are lovely, clean and big, roof fans keeping it nice and cool. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Pool was beautiful as well.

We have stayed at this caravan park on a number of occasions, although only one or two night stays, and have found it quite adequate for our needs (we are have a Big4 Gold Card). The amenities are definitely 1970's and we found the rear amenities block was better than the front. The sites were certainly adequate for our 21' caravan. We found the staff friendly and helpful when asked a question, although on the last two occasions we had to return to reception for our receipt as the printer never seemed to be working. We would have no hesitation returning again for one or two nights.
