This is the fourth time we have stayed here in 6 years. Great staff, food activities. Only downside is rooms are still old and tired, every year they say they are being refurbished but yet to see any difference. Rooms still same when I stayed 20yrs ago when it was the Ocean Blue resort. Apart from that everything else is...

It is great to read feedback from our return guests. By returning four times, we are obviously doing a few things right. Thank you for acknowledging the great work our staff do, especially activities who keep everyone entertained. Having stayed over a six year period, you'll have seen the amount of change that has gone into our facilities with little...

We stayed here from dec28-jan5. The room was spacious enough but the bed was like a barbed wire fence. No water presure in the shower. Smelly nappy bins in the halls, no healthy food choices for kids all deep fried rubbish. Everything is sticky to touch the dinning room smells like mould, the pool was cloudy as theres too many...

Dear Michelle W I am pleased your kids enjoyed the water park and activities during your stay. Whilst i appreciate you found the bed uncomfortable, comparing it to a barbed wire fence seems a little harsh. Bedding is such a personal preference and were someone prefers a soft mattress, others prefer firm which means it can be difficult to appease...

Yes it's great for kids, be ready for about 100 of them running around- couldn't escape them at all. Although there was an adults area , it still was not relaxing, still close to kids area and only a spa. Water park is all the rage, the pool too small really- people throwing balls around, hitting people on heads and...

Dear drdonski Thank you for providing feedback of your recent stay. We are a family holiday destination and with that kids, so you are correct that at times there are lots of children playing and having fun. If you are after a quiet holiday or travelling without children, we suggest looking at alternate accommodation in line with those needs. Unfortunately,...

We stayed here with our 2 kids (5 & 4) and had an absolute ball. When we weren't at the theme parks, we were at the jungle gym or by the pool watching the kids go on slides or having fun in the pool. We liked that the slides and pool was open later than they advertised and the pool...

Dear JaimeW Thank you for sharing your holiday experience. Over summer with more daylight, we aim to leave the water park open later to allow kids (and parents) more time to enjoy the slides, so it is great to read that this has been positive for your family. We're glad everyone had a ball and hopefully you'll visit us again...

Dear Shaza1983 Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. I am certainly surprised with your comments and will address each one in point below. 1. We have 9 different room styles, all of which can be viewed on our website. Within the hotel industry our rooms sizes are generous to many of our competitors. 2. Our...

This was our second visit to Paradise Resort, both times staying for two nights including NYE, so we could walk over to the beach for the fireworks at 8pm. We have a 4 year old and a 7 year old. Both times we stayed in the cheapest room (still $288 per night). In our first stay, the airconditioning unit was...

Dear bellyboyau Thanks you for your valuable feedback, especially the comparison between both your travel experiences. We don't like hearing that our return guests are considering going else where and we no longer accommodate your needs. You are right that we have invested in many of our rooms, however this does take time to complete and significant investment. As such...

This is definitely the place for kids ! I would say age group 0- 14. Waterpark is a big favourite, and the amount of activities for kids is endless. Well done guys! Plus they have a kids club which is supervised. We had a bunkhouse room which was great with kids. No kitchen & laundry facilities in room. We ate...

Dear Luvtrips22 Thank You. We often do not get a simple "Well Done". We definitely aim for family with children 0-12 age groups, however we installed the ice rink to ensure the younger teenagers were also entertained. Firstly, very long wait to check in. Then our room stank! When I complained we were moved to another similar room. Rooms are very dated, I knew we were paying for the kids club and water park, not the rooms, but still when you are paying nearly $300 a night, you expect it to be nice! Our fly screen didn't...

Dear RoseS664 Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay. We are a very different property from 10 years ago. We cater for families primarily with children from 0-12, however with the addition of the ice-skating rink, we now better cater for young teenagers too. Dear Cheryl S, It is a shame you felt the need to write such a review.
