I was there for two nights and when I arrive to sleep the second one, my sheets had been taken out, my pyjamas and sleeping mask, that were under the pillow, weren't there and another girl was sleeping in the bed. When I spoke to the encharged people they just told me that other gests take out my sheets, that's... More

Hi. We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with another guest in your room. But like we said to you this was not our fault that another girl came home and slept in your bed by mistake. You simply had to sleep in another free bed in your room that night. But you then complained to us and demanded a... I was meant to stay for 3 nights but I cut it short and only stayed for 2. The rooms weren't great. Very small but with an ensuing which was nice. The bar had good prices but I didn't like the atmosphere of the place. The staff didn't really interact with anyone other than themselves. They also act as reps... More

Surfers Paradise is Australia's answer to Magaluf. There's little to do there other than sunbath on the beach or go out clubbing in the evening. This hostel was a 10 minute walk from the centre which was probably a lot better than staying in the centre of town to be fair. The staff are all travellers who also act as... More

Stayed here for two nights in October 2015 with my two friends. When we booked we were given the option to be picked up from the bus station which we said yes to, unfortunately when we arrived we had to wait an hour for the driver. They did apologise though when they finally arrived. The hostel itself is nice enough,... More

Small and quaint hostel, very much centred around partying but is a great way to meet people if you are travelling alone. Very close to the beach but a little further out from town. Really recommend doing the “Big Night Out” in Surfers Paradise. Totally worth the 30$.

The staff is friendly and it is near to the beach, this is good. On the first day it was ok but we had some problems with sleeping on the second day because i think there was no air conditioning, and it was really hot and some of us slept outside on a chair because we couldn't sleep. The bathroom... More

We slept here for one night. Location is 5 minutes to beach and around 15 to the city center. The kitchen is absolutely nice and clean. The staff is very nice as well. You cannot bring your own beers, but you can buy them for $4. Rooms were disgusting and the rooms are open (so to animals as well); no... More

Love this place! Ended up staying extra nights. They collect you free from the greyhound bus stop, help you with your bags on and off this bus. Show you around the hostel when you check in(first time this has ever happened to me, nice touch) then help you with your bags to your room. Rooms standard but clean with ensuite... More

On arrival you will be greeted by friendly staff. The hostel is located a 5 minute walk (if that!) from the beach, and less than 10 minutes away from town. There is a high number of staff resulting in a clean and well maintained Hostel. Kitchen has all of the appropriate facilities. A friendly atmosphere is created with the onsite... More

We have been travelling around Aus and this is the best hostel yet. We were made feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hostel is very clean, right beside the beach and walking distance to the strip but they also offer free shuttle bus in. All this being said it was the staff that made the trip for us,... More
