Enjoyed our stay. Very good resort, pleasant staff, great tours and talks, nice pools. Resort blends into the natural environment. Restaurants quite expensive - cheaper family lunch facility needed. Better lighting in room could be beneficial.

Fraser Island is a wonderful place to visit, however we were a little disappointed with Kingfisher Bay Resort. The rooms are a very generous in size although the rooms are a little dated, bathrooms are decent. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the man snoring next door. The food is very expensive and is nothing to write home...

The check in at the mainland, as well as the secure car parking was well taken care off, so was the ferry and the trip to the hotel. The hotel is really old fashioned, it's ok because you don't spend much time on your room, but it could be updated. Went to dinner at the Sand Bar, was ok. Breakfast...

Overall the resort is a beautiful classy place. I love the ecofriendly nature of it. Perfectly designed to blend in yet has all the luxury and comforts as well. Food was very expensive and quite average

Fantastic stay with other family groups all staying in Villas. So much to do on this beautiful island and so great to return to comfortable beds in lovely accommodation with well-maintained facilities and a great variety of restaurants. Seabelle is worth a special treat to sample Australian food cooked and presented beautifully. Sand bar fun for pizza and cocktails. Really...

Loved the resort, very friendly, helpful staff and great tour guided trip with Martin! The swimming pools were beautiful! The only let down was the food it was expensive for the buffet and the main courses which were made to order off the a la carte menu were quite bland, not much flavour at all, we paid around $96 each...

Staff, service, location and food was wonderful. Our villa was fantastic but unfortunately the bride and grooms villa was not.( dark and gloomy with broken air conditioning, they asked to be moved but the second villa wasn't much better) We sadly didn't have time for sight seeing but we still had a wonderful time. Even with the heatwave the wedding was beautiful.

Has to be done. 4 x 4 and a stay here for a while is perfect as a change from the norm. Resort is a cluster of lodges in the 'billabong' with balconies overlooking swamp and rainforest. Wildlife galore. Staff average. Food expensive. Venue a little tired and needs a make over. Beaches beautiful but sharks and jelly fish in...

Nice setting for a hotel but overpriced for a room which has a terrible shower and the balcony door falls off. The buffet dinner was a major let down, over priced, came too quickly and the soup tasted like dishwater. The beauty spots tour from Gary was enjoyable, however my boyfriend left his shoes on the bus and the hotel...
