Loved my first taste of Fraser, will definitely be back, too much to see and do! Everything is well signposted (tourist attractions) and lots of secluded spots if you wanted to have proper time out. Very idyllic.

the beach where the barge docks is nice and calm, great for the kids. that's about a 5-10 minute walk. Main surf beach (where swimming isn't recommended) is on the other side. You'll need a 4wd to access this beach.

I don’t know about “everything” but if you book on the tour it would probably cover most. We had our own transport so could please ourselves. There are walks as well and water activities. It depends what you want to do.
