We have just returned from a five night stay at the wonderful Beach Club. We were traveling with 2 other couples and the hotel was able to fulfil our request of 3 rooms next to each other on the ground floor. This allowed us to socialise together, having lots of fun without intruding on other guests. We loved sitting outside in the afternoon looking at the beautiful view from there, sipping champagne and admiring the wallabies, cockatoos and the coulous (birds). We had a short walk to the beautiful infinity pool with spectacular views. The service at the hotel was incredible. In fact we didn't think service like this existed in Australia. Lucy greeted us at the hotel and welcomed us with a glass of champagne and a canapé. This was a lovely introduction to the hotel as she explained everything about the hotel and took us to our room. On our arrival a bottle of good champagne was left for me as we were there celebrating my 50th birthday. The hotel provided an exclusive shuttle van to take and pick you up anywhere on the island. Our friends left before us, their flight was delayed out of HI, and the Beach Club rang them and arranged to pick them up so they didn't have to wait at the airport. Overall, this is a fabulous hotel which spoils all of their guests. All three couples are well travelled, and we all agreed this hotel is right up there, exceeding our expectations. Hamilton Island is paradise and offers so much. We would highly recommend the Beach Club, don't think twice about it.

We stayed at Hayman Island in February and then we stayed at Beach Club Hamilton Island in April, I wish I had stayed at Beach Club in February after the excellent service we received the rooms were a bit smaller then Hayman but we had no disappointments at all in service, quality of food and down right friendly staff. Lachlan the restaurant manager and his staff did a 5 star job. Just the one point the mattress must becoming to end of life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Club - and it deserves all the positive reviews. The rooms are fantastic: very functional and with fully updated bathrooms, including possibly the best bath I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. There is a lovely beach on the doorstep of your room, with a section exclusive to Beach Club guests that has lounge chairs under thatched shade cabanas. If you don’t feel like the beach, there is a picturesque (if very slightly ‘90s) pool a few steps away. The rooms are well-appointed - with Aesop toiletries and Nespresso machines - and also have fast wifi. The restaurant food - particularly the included breakfast - is excellent. The restaurant service is pretty good too, though there were a couple of weak links and a wait for a table at breakfast on our last day. Perhaps the only real failing of this place are the “hosts”, who are super friendly and promise to organise everything you could ever need but, in practice, most couldn’t organise their way out of a wet paper bag. Their communication was not good - and they got several of our requests completely back to front. For example: - they booked us MULTIPLE times into restaurants we didn’t want (including Manta Ray twice); - they twice tried to book us into an activity on the wrong day; - they booked us in as a party of four when there were two of us; and - perhaps most frustratingly, they repeatedly said they would let us know the status of the requests we *did* make, only to leave us wondering as to whether we were booked into things and needing to follow up. It became a running joke for us what was randomly going to go wrong next with our booking requests and, making light of it, we took it in our stride. To be fair, one or two of the hosts were better than others. Aside from the disorganised hosts, which was only really an inconvenience, the stay was lovely and the hotel very nice. I’d certainly recommend it as a relaxing getaway. The beach is nice and the hotel comfortable with good facilities. There was also an hour of free welcome drinks on Wednesday, which was a great way to settle in and to meet others staying at the hotel. There are various activities available on the island - kayaking, sailing, etc - and, essentially, a trip out to the pristine Whitehaven Beach.

We absolutely loved our experience at The Beach Club. We were met at the airport and promptly transferred to the accommodation where we were met with sparking wine and a lovely orientation to The Beach Club. This was well organised and a great way to start. There was a lovely bottle of Champagne in our room to celebrate our Honeymoon which was a thoughtful addition and greatly appreciated. The room was great and it had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The views are exceptional. The food was great! We had breakfast there each morning for our stay which was lovely. It took a little getting used to knowing we could add sides to our choices of breakfast and have yogurt/pastries as well. It was a great way to start. We also had lunch one day at The Beach Club and this was delicious!! We loved the little extras of having access to sparkling water, sunscreen, a little lounge area if checking out early. All the staff are very friendly! The 24hr transport was great as there were no buggies available when we were on the island. Overall, we would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making the start of our Honeymoon memorable and luxurious.

We stayed here for 4 nights for my 40th birthday. I don't even know where to start but WOW, The Beach club is amazing. From the moment we landed at the airport we were shown into a luxury van to take us straight to the Hotel - they even collected our luggage. Once at the hotel we were greeted with champagne and canapes, whilst running through the facilities available. Our luggage was placed in our room and we were welcomed by a bottle of champagne and a perfect view of the ocean. Every single staff member was friendly welcoming and more than happy to go above and beyond. Our room was almost always made-up whilst we were at breakfast, so it was fresh and clean when we got back. The meals were delicious and always served with a smile. The pool is so peaceful and relaxing, the only sound is the staff asking if you would like another cocktail. There is not one thing that we could fault and will absolutely be back soon.
